Terrible experience. I arrived on time to pick up the order, but the food was not ready for over 20 minutes. No communication, no urgency, just drivers standing and waiting.
Because of their delay, got a DoorDash contract violation—even though the delay was 100% the restaurant’s fault. is out of the driver’s control.
This place does not respect drivers’ time and causes problems for people just trying to do their job. If you can’t prepare food on time, don’t accept orders.
I will avoid this location and I don’t recommend it to other drivers or customers.

The guy working on 30 sep mid night is very rude , he even served half of the portion despite taking full price I ordered 3 chicken strips and he gave me 2 strips and and a I don’t know what that is ,,, very bad service this location is worst

I go through the drive-thru nearly every early morning before work at the hospital so I can get an iced coffee and Sonia is always such a pleasure to see at the window. She’s quick and efficient and maintains such a friendly positive attitude that helps start my mornings off on the right foot.

There is a tremendous hole just outside the way to Jack in the box which panicked me a bit, please fix it as soon as possible
Is my kids favorite burgers, so this Jack is for more than 19 years our spot for their burgers

Just went to the drive-thru and the attendant at the window had a sour attitude. When he handed me the bag, it was over-filled and ripped. The food fell to the ground. I had to ask if the food could be re-done, to which he uncaringly said the kitchen was closing for a delivery.
I have gone to this particular drive-thru for a very long time and I have never had such terrible service. He was not helpful at all with trying to rectify the issue and just wanted me gone. I ended up eating the cost with no food. I will not come back here again.

Last night, my friend and I went to the drive-thru to order an Oreo milkshake. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who took our order didn’t respond properly, didn’t listen to our instructions on how we wanted the milkshake prepared, and seemed inattentive throughout.
When we asked for a bigger straw, she didn’t hand it to us properly and didn’t acknowledge us. It felt like she was dismissive or uninterested in helping us. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable, like we were being treated differently.
We hope the staff receives proper training on customer service and communication. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially when they’re paying for a service.

Employee Armaan is very rude and very lazy. he’s been rude multiple times and his eyes are always bloodshot red which makes me think he’s under the influence. Management really needs to talk to him he even flip the finger at me… never going here agian
