Just went to the drive-thru and the attendant at the window had a sour attitude. When he handed me the bag, it was over-filled and ripped. The food fell to the ground. I had to ask if the food could be re-done, to which he uncaringly said the kitchen was closing for a delivery.
I have gone to this particular drive-thru for a very long time and I have never had such terrible service. He was not helpful at all with trying to rectify the issue and just wanted me gone. I ended up eating the cost with no food. I will not come back here again.

Last night, my friend and I went to the drive-thru to order an Oreo milkshake. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who took our order didn’t respond properly, didn’t listen to our instructions on how we wanted the milkshake prepared, and seemed inattentive throughout.
When we asked for a bigger straw, she didn’t hand it to us properly and didn’t acknowledge us. It felt like she was dismissive or uninterested in helping us. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable, like we were being treated differently.
We hope the staff receives proper training on customer service and communication. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially when they’re paying for a service.

Horrible experience do not come here late night. Employee Armaan is very rude and very lazy. he’s been rude multiple times and his eyes are always bloodshot red which makes me think he’s under the influence. Management really needs to talk to him he even flip the finger at me… never going here agian

I ordered small fries and Nuggets. I found a hair in fries, and the chicken Nuggets were also over fried like I burnt. We throw the food instead of complaining to the staff. It just waste of money. Disappointed 😞

I’ve dealt with this guy before sadly late at night but definitely will never be back after this encounter. I believe the guy name is Armaan but he works I know at least during 4:15 am often. I made a Mobile order and got there and asked if I could have a different Coke Zero that was lime instead of regular since I wanted that and it’s not offered on the app as a choice. Keep in mind there’s no one else in line and I’m not asking for something out of the ordinary but just a different flavor. Not only does he just keep saying the drink has already been made but is very rude and argumentative. He’s terrible all around at his job and is by far the rudest employee I’ve ever come across in the country no joke. I will never come back to this location again even if the food was being given away for free.

I went to This location at midnight . The guy named Armaan was at the window , I asked him for a cup of water with my order and he was soo rude and said it will be $1 for water . Is this how u guys treat your customers at this location ? Also he put that $1 into donation’s without my consent
