Volunteering in the neighborhood I noticed, they had an ET sign in the window.I stepped inside thinking I could order some fries.And a couple tacos has them about their e , b , t , they accepted it , they're response was no , we do not the machine doesn't accept it . I have to wonder why they have the sign in the window.Then that would be false advertisement. You read the menu and I decided to buy season , curly fries , large and two tacos. While placing my order, I said, I would like seasoned curly fries large the lady interrupted me and asked me what kind I said, seasoned curly fries and I tried to continue my order and she interrupted me again and asked me what size I explicitly said to her, I've said it twice I would like season. Curly fry, large. It seems like they're not listening to me. And Then she started explaining, she had to answer the machine.I said I'm a customer.I'd appreciate it if you listen to my order before you interrupt me.She started speaking again before I could finish.I told her that's enough.I'd rather just write a view , have a good day. If I can't trust you we're taking an order without interrupting me.I don't trust you to make my food period ebb is a government standard in most cases, you are using it inappropriately, if you do not accept e.T , do not place it in your window that you It is a violation of the California standard food act. Let's think about what your job Working at Jack in the box, your job is hospitality.It means to be hospitable to people that least you can do is listen to my order without interrupting me.I couldn't get a word out before being interrupted.I walked away not frustrated but knowing.How do you not trust people that work in hospitality that don't understand what the word means. 0000 star

I gave this place another chance after about 6 months but consistently inconsistent. The inventory management is poor and customer service is below average. Love Jack in the box but recommend go to literally any other location. Two years of just mediocre service and quality doesn’t make sense in 2025.

I went through the drive-through and asked for one sandwich combo and a breakfast Sandwich by itself, and when I was given the food at the window, I asked if everything was in there and they said yes, so I drove off but once I got home I realized I didn’t have the breakfast sandwich. I tried calling but the phone rang for two minutes straight and nobody picked up.

The saddest Jack in the Box ive ever seen. Not only is it small but its also dirty. I went in for T-Pain Munchy Meal and the the food was not only served cold and soggy late but there was also moss on the soda machine 🤮
“I had placed a $30 combo order, but they didn’t include even a single sauce. And when I went to pick up the order, the person who gave me the food spoke to me very rudely. I don’t know their name, but the person was Mexican and had a musical tattoo. It was a very bad experience for me.”

I usually love this restaurant chain. Sadly low quality food was served here, compared to other Jack in the box. That poor woman was also alone to cook and deal with customers orders. It was my first time stopping by while diving back home, but definitely my last time though.
