By far the slowest service I've had from at least 10 different locations. The employee was very nice but slower than maple syrup in December in Canada.
It didn't help that what I was assuming was the manager and a worker were talking to someone from another restaurant not doing anything else for at least the hour I was there wasn't helping the situation. You are much more likely to get faster service if you're in the drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: Food wise very limited selection. Didn't even have the apple sauce that was on the menu.

I'm so so ? mad, I got the order all wrong paid for it and when I started getting my food I saw only one large fries I asked for 2, I had to pay and order the second one, my kids check their food while I'm driving to great America and no hot sauces for my chicken strips and I said it twice to the lady ?. Horrible service, that's not all, the fries were hard as a rock I just couldn't drive back we were going already late and now hungry ?. Wasted $25 , they are making more than $20 per hr. What kind of service is this, horrible...... And food was nasty, the tacos was just lettuce and the cheese not melted. Called the number on receipt says disconnected. Would not recommend this place, save yourself a trip and a mad ? day.

Idiot spilled soda on me in the drive through. I told him i didnt want the drink and he canceled my whole order. Now I gotta wipe my car down and I have no food. My car and my wheel are all sticky now

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru before they even took my order. This is how they make their numbers look better to the regional manager... If they don't take your order, the timer doesn't start.

On Thursday I had to buy as usual, I spend almost every day after work at 8:30pm I buy hamburgers and large potatoes and the guy who attended me was very friendly, I asked for his name to congratulate him since I asked him everything fresh and he or she assured me that when he or she is on the shift everything is fresh, I deliver my food he repeated my order and I realized that he inspected that everything was fine, I got home and my food was hot and fresh they should hire more staff like this boy Mery

The dining area is pretty quiet but the majority is a pretty big distance from the drinks and the order counter, which I consider a disadvantage. We were greeted and served right away. Great drive thru experiences here as well.

Parking: Lots of parking right next to the building and in a relatively quiet shopping center so even if they are busy you'll still be able to park.

Food was okay. I just had onion rings. The guy I was with had a meal and didn't complain. We were able to have a good conversation there. They closed at 9, which was early for us. Place just had an awkward feel to it. The layout and feng shui was off.

I always take out (they have drive thru) from this place so I can't say much about the atmosphere inside the restaurant but can definitely vouch for the taste and service. Food quality is always consistent here and service is fast. I generally customize my order as most of my family members are vegetarian - hence we go for item #22 from the menu and replace sausage with hash brown. It tastes like McAloo Tikki Burger that one can find at McDonald's in India. Today I waited for a couple of mins because they were making hash brown. All good if the food is served hot and fresh.
