This review is based on the boba drink I had. I drove passed Osgood and saw the ads of boba drinks, so surprised I went in to order, thinking that it was a good idea to have boba drink in a US based fast food chains. Man I wish I didn't see the ads, it's the worst boba ever, it costs me almost $6 to have a regular sized drink and a hardcore boba, hard like a stone. Getting a boba drink at a fast food chain, what am I thinking?

If I could add no stars I would, worst cup of coffee I've ever had, it was obviously old and they refused to acknowledge it on top of that their so called "boba" is a sorry excuse of what it should be, horrible place.

I came to grab something quick on thanksgiving day. I tried to order what I normally order from every other jack in the box. 2 tacos with cheese sauce added. They told me they couldn't do it and then rushed me when I tried to choose something else. Please don't come here. It's really sad when people will rush your order as if they have something better to do at a job that is only drive through.

Came here and ordered food. They got my order wrong completely and didn't fix it when I brought the food back in. Had to pay again to get the right order. It was their mistake which I don't think is right to not fix it. Please do better.

They got every part of our order incorrect and then refused to fix it when we went back in.

Drive thru teller held onto my ATM card a little longer then nessesary on 10/11/23 which made me suspicious, next time I tried to use my card it was locked due to fraudulent activity. Someone tried to make a purchase $39 at a Kroger Gas station. I know it was someone at this Restaurant cause it the only place they don't give you a total until you get to the window, the tellers don't speak English and the cashier at drive thru held my card for over 5 nins when it should have been a simple swipe and hand it back transaction. Going to follow up with the Fremont PD

This store had a bad smell inside. I should have left but thought what could go wrong on a takeout.The chicken was rotten in the burger. My daughter spit it after a single bite, I tried and it stank. This store is a health violation and a lawsuit waiting to happen.Ignore this place like a plague.
