I was trying to order but homie had to take his break which is fine but for none of the employees to come take my order while I'm already been waiting the place was empty and nobody was in the drive thru it's just a big f u to the customer like I understand your looking forward to your break but I was also on break and my time is not infinite I gotta get back on road too
One of the worst Jack-in-the-Box is I have been to, and I have been to ones in Nevada, Arizona, Utah and other surrounding states and this is the worst that I have ever been to. They will not give you what you want. They will tell you what they give you is what you want and they will mess up your order and waste your time no matter what because they are bad employees

Today, Monday the 21st, Mr. Dante helped me at around 7:10 pm. I went to the restaurant with my grandmother, a 68-year-old woman who, due to her longevity, only speaks Spanish, I asked one of the other workers to serve her and she treated us very poorly. way he took our order wrong and gave us drinks that we didn't ask for, I still ordered to eat at the restaurant and he didn't give it to me to take away. What restaurant lets their customers be treated like that, such a racist person shouldn't work in a restaurant? I should sue them, what a derogatory way to treat people.
