2:00 in the morning on memorial Day vacation typical Jack in the box lying around the corner BUT THE YOUNG LADY AURORA WAS AWESOME SHE HANDLED THE LINE AND RUDE CUSTOMERS WITH GRACE AND POISE EVEN HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY CARD AND SHE NEVER STOPPED SMILING NEVER HAD ANY TONE OF VOICE OTHER THAN POLITENESS WATCHING HER DO IT ALL BY HERSELF I WOULD HIRE HER HANDS DOWN DEFINITELY MANAGEMENT MATERIAL SHE NEEDS A RAISE

Food was surprisingly good. I don't normally choose fast food Drive through. Hungry at eleven p m I was happy they were open. I Had chicken on sourdough. It was delicious, with lettuce, tomato, pickles & onions, plus I ordered it without any sauce on the toasted bread...All natural, Ilarge, and DELICIOUS. Plus good coffee with real cream. The order taker and cashier was very pleasant.

Half of the fries were chewy. I'm not sure how that happens. Stale and old and reheated? Also, the price at the drive-thru was different compared to what the guy at the window said. Not sure what changed between the two.
