Unaware staff, won’t tell you about the add-ons and the wasted my whole point of visiting which is for a whey protein smoothie
The peanut butter mood is a must have. I love it and the protein stick.

Smoothie with lots of ice when I asked not to put ice cream sheeabath
I ordered my juice without ice. And when I got it it was extremely cold; when I reconfirmed that my juice is without ice - they said yes and now even after 1 hour or more ; it’s super cold. I have sinus issues; this is not done
Jamba Juice has a good selection of smoothies and bowls, but the experience can be hit or miss. The smoothies are generally tasty and refreshing, but the wait time is often longer than expected, even when it's not very busy.
One frustrating issue is that they frequently run out of oranges, which limits menu options. It’s disappointing when you’re craving a specific smoothie, only to find out they can’t make it.
While the staff is friendly, the inconsistency in ingredient availability and slow service make it less reliable. It’s a decent option if you have the patience, but there’s room for improvement.

For someone that works hard comes here to get a break. They don't even allow customers to use the bathroom and they don't even have chairs to sit

I purchased a large Orange Dream. I noticed a trainee who seemed unsure and constantly asked a staff member named Mireya for assistance. When I asked Mireya to check if I could use a reward from my app, she responded that she was trained in school, not on the app, which felt dismissive and rude. While I understand that everyone is learning, a little more customer service training would go a long way. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of helpfulness. Also, I assume those black stuff are from other fruits?

Employees were busy socializing rather than taking orders and blankly ignoring customers… overall seems like a careless environment and rude.
Poor service, untrained staff and beware if you are allergic, they have no information on contents of the smoothies….
We got watermelon breeze which said it contains milk.. we got it and it was extremely sour.. I asked the staff what it contains and he said it has watermelon juice and milk but it had a lot of other stuff like pineapple, peaches which we didn’t want..
Lesson learned! Have the feedback to clearly state in their menu so there is no confusion..

7/15/24 - Disappointing location. We arrived 8 min before closing time but the place was fully locked. The staff saw us and did nothing. They just stared back, 3 people, did not wave that they are closed. Why are they all closed up still during working hours?! First try of Jamba and already so unpleasant

I love Jamba just as much as the next person, however… Prices are UNBELIEVABLY HIGH!! Almost $11 for a bowl & they didn’t even cut the tops off the strawberries! I still have stems on mine!! How lazy!! I’m at least happy their large is ACTUALLY a large as the price for that is $10 NOT including any extras.

Don't come to this location. I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and the strawberries on top looked like they've been sitting out for a while (looked brown and did not look fresh at all). They didn't even bother to cut the tops off of the strawberries. Also, the granola tasted stale. Never coming here again.
