They're Mac and cheese was rotten. That was so gross! I've never eaten rotten food before from a fast food restaurant. Worst taste ever!!! When I went back to complain, they just gave me a new one, which I threw away. They should have given me a refund. So gross!!

I stopped by KFC specifically to try their classic chicken sandwich with the honey BBQ sauce they’re advertising. When I placed my order, the person taking it seemed unsure of what he was doing — I think he forgot to ring it up as the BBQ version and just put it in as a regular sandwich. Instead of tossing the chicken in the sauce like it’s shown in their promos, they just drizzled a little on top after the fact. If you look at my photos, you’ll see a big difference between what I was expecting and what I got.
That being said, the chicken itself was still juicy and flavorful — KFC knows how to make a good chicken fillet. I just wish the sauce was actually covering the sandwich like advertised. It would’ve made the whole experience way better. A good sandwich, but definitely disappointing execution

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The food was excessively oily, which made it unpleasant to eat. I expect better quality and freshness from KFC, but this time it was far too greasy and not enjoyable at all. I hope the quality improves in the future.

Hadn't had this in a while. Never been to this location. I ordered ahead. Got there on time. Walked in and seen bags of food on a rack. But no que of people ordering. Next time ill just order when I get there so my meal will be freshly made n hot.

Kfc Fremont ca - mowry Ave- Make sure you open and doublecheck your order if ordered. online . They often missed to add all items .today they did not give sauce with nuggets and missed to give 4 biscuits and instead of hot honey biscuits they gave regulart biscuit , 3 mistake in 1 order😄😄🤣🤣🤣 previously at least 2 times they gave me incomplete order. Looks like it’s intentional.

I just left this location, it was kind of shady. I came in late and was told they close earlier due to thanksgiving(totally understandable). I put in my order and get told they’re closing, so menu is limited, ok, fine. I out in order for whatever they had pulled up to window and get told $50 flat and cash only. I just left it felt very shady
