I frequent this KFC, whenever I crave fried chicken. Thursday Sep.19.2024 around 8PM, I asked about deals/promotions through the drive-through intercom. It was radio silent for about 15 sec until I asked if she was still there. She asked if I wanted chicken and I said yes. She then listed the promotions related to chicken meals and, get this, the non-chicken. Why the hell did you ask me for criteria then? So I ordered a meal based on my memory of a previous promotion, which was still valid and she didn’t list it. I got the meal from her. I said thank you have a nice day, she replied nothing.

Everything in this KFC felt sticky. The chicken was okay but luckily I had a coupon or else I wouldnt have gone to KFC. They really need an update or renovation or something.
One of the best KFCs I ever visited, y'know? The chicken was so fresh, and the staff were real friendly. I'd come back here anytime I want some KFC, no doubt.

Asked for crispy chicken and the breading is falling off the meat, soggy very oily. Golden crunchy crust no more ;( . Biscuits were not cooked well, still raw in center. Over 45 years buying and so sad to this today.

Thieves! I asked for the $29.99 meal at the dive-thru. They had me pull up to the window. The Indian lady gave me a total that made sense including taxes. Then when I got home my bank showed a $51.00 charge. I wanted to go back to dispute the charges, but realized there was no receipt in the bag.
