One of the worst place to order food from. Service is so bad that they do not care about how to be considerate about customers.
Absolutely disgusting, avoid if you don’t wanna get sick

The bhoona ghosht was very water and the meat was watery with extremely poorly done spices as well.

Went with a group of 11 on New Year’s Day Jan 1, 2025.
No soap in men’s bathroom. I told the staff.
First waiter took our entire order then got confused and asked his partner to take it again.
Long wait for the food. Other customers who came after us seemed to get their food first.
When they finally brought the food, they had forgot multiple items from our order.
Complimentary tea was constantly empty despite asking them multiple times for it.
At the end of the experience, we saw a cockroach in the tea area. Told the staff and they said ok. We are still grossed about eating here.
I asked for an itemized bill and I noticed a mistake. I had to go back so they could refund the extra charge.

Not sure where to start from.... I'll start with cockroach...
Towards the end, several of us and another table found a cockroach on the tea table.
The service was horrible, a guy came took the entire order disappeared, then send another guy started taking the order all over because the first guy did not understand a word. They forgot multiple item of our orders, 1. Chaplikabab, 2. Bread, 3. Mango lassi *3, we asked multiple times, waited forever and finally we had to cancel the chaplikabob. The whole place including bathroom, highchairs were filthy, stinky and no soap in the bathroom. Not to mention, they charged one extra item than what we ordered.

We ordered the Goat Peshawari Namakmandi Karahi and Chapli Kebab with naan and tandoori roti, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot-on, and the dishes were prepared to perfection. We also tried the Chicken Boti, which was average. Highly recommend visiting and trying the Karahi and Kebab—you won't be disappointed!

Make sure you check your order. They frequently give wrong orders,
I had a couple of terrible experiences at this business
The only reason I'm going back is that the food is tasty, which means nothing wrong with the chef,
But the comportment and the atmosphere are totally different, I ordered chicken Tikka masala, and they gave me something else that I have no idea what it is, and most is bones.
PLEASE don't tell me to come for a free meal on the reply, like you did to other people, I think that is disrespectful.

The Karahi wasn’t look like a real Karahi, even it was uncooked!

Hello everyone taste is very good the prices are also pretty decent.
If you order anything make sure you guys have extra 1-2 hours.
The waiting time for the food is ridiculously high.
Order food went there after 20-30 mins the food was still not ready had to wait for another 45 to 50 mins.
This is not the first time I had this happen to me.

Just ordered takeout today (goat biryani, seekh kababs) and felt that I had to send a note to the owner(s). There's no way to send a direct message.
I'm all for supporting smaller family restaurants but wanted to inform you, the food is way too spicy and barely edible. There's no need to put that much spice in food to make it taste good. I need to antacids now.

I recently visited Khan Karai Kabab and had a mixed experience. The restaurant had only one server handling all tasks, which led to slow and inefficient service, significantly impacting the overall dining experience. So I blame authority and will hope they hire someone to clean up. On a positive note, the chicken curry and tandoori were excellent, with rich flavors and great preparation, but the naan was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
