The restaurant has plenty of seating inside and outside. Ordering is straightforward with a pager system for pickup or through a touch screen monitor. The food is cooked to order, and the meat is lean and tender with great flavor. The kim chi is not too spicy, and the braised pork is a popular choice with a coconut milk flavor. The Kamikaze Fries and "The Original" KoJa are also recommended. The Beef Bowl has been highlighted as a standout dish. The Ahi Tuna Bowl offers good taste. The rice burgers are decent. Koja Kitchen delivers punchy and extremely flavorful dishes that provide a comforting and filling meal. Parking is easy and available. The fried chicken sandwich was brined in sake and is hands down one of the best chicken sandwiches. The staff are very quick and friendly. Kamikaze fries are always recommended. The Ahi tuna bowl sauce had a lil more wasabi taste than preferred. Signature spam musubi was basic. Plenty of parking, walk in and order at the cashier, hold onto your vibrator number until it goes off, self serve, fast food.
