I went to Krispy Kreme for a food delivery order and unfortunately had a very bad experience. After waiting more than 20 minutes past the pickup time, the lady responsible for handing out orders behaved in an unprofessional and unfriendly way. Instead of providing a clear update, she acted rudely and seemed more occupied with other tasks than helping customers. This kind of attitude is disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism and customer care one would expect from Krispy Kreme

Lyna was so sweet, she threw in a couple free donuts for my grandma's birthday and was so patient with us. The donuts were amazing as well! The shop was clean and the selection was great.

One evening, just before closing time, my son and I walked into the store for a single original glazed donut—his absolute favorite. As we approached the counter, the young employee simply handed it to him, free of charge. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much. My son swears that the “free” donut tasted even better than usual! 😂 Even though a donut isn't expensive, that simple act of kindness made our night.
