I ordered a cake for my son s birthday - with Thomas train ; they charged me $’93 for custom cake , but when we picked the cake there was no train design only tracks !! And cake was frozen , not freshly made !!! Disgusting they cheated me , also their website mentioned $74 but in person they charged me $93 for 1/4 sheet…

Without mentioning how hard it was for them to communicate and confirm my order (color, flavor, decorations) because they wouldn’t write it down on an order form (even after I suggested it). This was the most disappointing and frustrating ordering experiences. The cake and cake pops for my baby shower looked cute but tasted like powder! No flavor, no moist! none of my guest were able to even swallow a bite! Worse cake I have ever tried in my life. I would’ve been better off ordering from the bakery at any local store.
