Great food. We shared a beet salad and enjoyed halibut dinner, halibut sandwich and mahi tacos. Sourdough bread is a nice touch. Top notch service.

The snapper and shrimp were excellent. The sides were so-so. They were playing “background music”. But at a volume so high that we couldn't have a conversation even though we were in a booth just 3 feet from each other. Requesting to have the volume down had no effect.

Most memorable dining experience I've had in a very long time! The food was absolutely incredible, the service was impeccable, and the drinks were spot on! It was our anniversary so the management really went over and above to make it special.

The food was a bit pricey and the proportions was not up to standards. The salmon was overcooked and it was a tiny piece of salmon. The scampi was ok. The bread they served was as hard as rock...

Everything is always really great here, whether I book or do a walk-in. The service and food is always amazing, will always come back.

I am furious about how this was handled. ## What went wrong - **Management handling and seating policy:** We reserved a table for 4 at 6:00 PM and requested a quiet area. We arrived early (5:30 PM) and were seated in a corner with good lighting, which was fine. Then a staff member (initially seemingly reasonable) told us they needed to move us because a party of 80 was coming. Fine, but we declined, since we had a reservation. - **Absolute disrespect from management:** Shortly after, a manager insisted we must move, with no Please, no courtesy, just an Order. He claimed we were “taking up” the table and that we had to leave by 7:00 PM, even though our reservation was for 6:00 PM. He said we could be moved, but offered no options, no apology, nothing. He treated us like we were the problem. - **Unapproved relocation:** We were moved without our consent and put in a crappy spot near the restroom and a dark corner. No follow-up apology, no gesture of goodwill, nothing. Our plan to gather with friends was wrecked. - **No accountability:** The manager who spoke to us did not come back to apologize or try to make things right after the move. ## Why this is unacceptable - We did everything right: made a reservation, requested a quiet table, arrived on time, and were still treated with disregard and abruptness. - The lack of courtesy, explanation, and human decency from management is completely unacceptable and ruined what should have been a special night. ## What should happen now - A formal apology from management for the rude treatment and the unnecessary disruption. - A goodwill gesture (e.g., complimentary appetizers or desserts, a round of drinks, or a discount) to address the disrespect and inconvenience. - Clear improvements in how reservations are handled, including: - Respect for reserved seating. - Clear, courteous communication if a move is unavoidable. - Personal follow-up from a manager to repair the relationship with the customer. ## Bottom line

The food quality has definitely declined, that is noticeable over multiple visits The Fisherman's Stew used to be exceptional, this time it was almost inedible no flavor and “powdery” crab

Brought me the same drink after I asked if it can be remade I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. Uncooked food I had to make sure to send it back.

The make your own combo with steak and Cajun chicken, cheesy potatoes and veggies were very tasty for $29. Large servings! Plus the sourdough and lots of real butter also very good.

When the sourdough is fresh and the butter is soft this place is one of the best experiences. The fish is always perfectly cooked and the sides are all great. Outdoor seating is perfect for a summer day.
P.S. the Jumbo Shrimp cocktail is the tourist tax.

Have eaten here multiple times. The menu is great but each time I go, I ask myself why did I go back. Servers are great. The challenge is with the kitchen. Waiting for a simple appetizer for 45 minutes is not good. Then waiting that long again for entrees. This is a scheduling issue that belongs to management. Not scheduling enough staff in the kitchen. Time for new management who is able to analyze their slow and busy times. Restaurant management 101. Hope changes are made
