yummy sponge cake
I love how it wasn't too sweet, just perfect đ
Their service experience is very poor. They say you can redeem points for snacks when buying things. I went there several times but none of the employees knew how to exchange snacks. They asked me to come next time every time... It's very disappointing. If you don't want to, When doing points exchange, please do not tell customers that this service is available.

They absolutely saved us by making a birthday cake for our child on short notice, for a party of 30+ people. The cake was done well, everybody loves it and they also followed our specific instructions.
Just absolutely great!

I looveee the deserts!
Exquisite cake, its bread is very soft and not very sweet, it definitely leaves a good taste in your mouth.
Online order fulfillment is a mess. ??ââď¸
As someone who frequents Maryâs for bakery items, spends at least $50 each visit, and wants to support Taiwanese business, I seriously urge the owner to either train employees on the online ordering system or take it down completely.
The employees today were extremely confused and defensive about an online order that I paid for already.
Despite the confusion on their end, I was willing to pay for another order in the meantime while they figured out the online order since I was already there in-person. However, they did not offer to cancel and refund the online order as part of resolution.
In the time that I was waiting for them to figure out where my order was, they accused me of 1) not placing an order and then 2) already picking up the order. Both of which were not true. Yikes.
5 stars for the bakery- honestly the bread/cookies are so good!
1 star basic customer service.

Fresh out from oven Cheese tart and egg tarts
For the price, food is not worth it, item selections are limited with few standard items, quality (taste and texture) is sub par, they told me they didnât add additives, but I have a pastry chef friend, you can tell the difference with blend taste and rich taste by ingredient. The fillings for each item is so little, many of my friends said the same. But that all happened before. The very last time I went there and bought the tiger skin cake, since I always wanted to support local stores, but the cake was molded after the night of purchase, I brought back with receipt, the lady just straight up said âoh because we donât add additivesâ and refuse to make refund. I didnât say another word and walked out. This lack of common sense I have no intention of challenge.Come on, donât take kindness for weakness. Service is horrible, I donât understand how someone can establish a business with this mentality, as far as I know, many of the good reviews are written by friends of owner, yea words travels fast for bad news, so go for yourself and see. Itâs your money, but donât tell me I didnât tell you so.

This place charged me ($145) for my granddaughterâs 1st birthday cake & never gave me the minnie mouse cake topper & left the cake with nothing at all but the words happy birthday. I am still very upset to this day. Did they keep my topper & sold another cake w/ it who knows? Should have gotten one at a Filipino bakery instead.
