Risotto with scallops is the reason we go - DELICIOUS! Last night we took friends. We all ordered Ceasar salads for 2 which should be made table side but wasn't - no big deal. Then to dessert. We ordered cherries jubilee also to be made table side. Out comes 4 dishes already made???? What? Waiter says kitchen mistake? How? Next they made two other tables desserts tableside. Frustrating!
We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday here and had a wonderful experience. The service was truly above and beyond! David was exceptional, and the entire staff made sure we were well taken care of. The food was outstanding, especially the branzino, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, this will likely be our last visit to Massimo's. The service during our New Year's Eve dinner was unacceptable and far from the experience we were expecting for such a special occasion. We were asked for the name on our reservation three separate times, and our table was still being set up while we stood next to it. My wine order was forgotten, we waited nearly 50 minutes for our main course, and I had to ask for bread—which was only brought after we...
