We ordered 8 McChickens through the app but when we got home we realized that only 6 were in our bags. This McDonald’s has been a regular stop along with the Grimmer location for as long as I’ve lived in Fremont. It’s disappointing to be charged for items we didn’t receive and the experience felt unfair. This will be the last time we visit the Fremont Blvd location.

It was a school fundraiser. Weloved seeing McDonald's helping community.teachers taking our orders was adorable nuggets were hotn crispy and ready thru drive thruwe didn't have to go park for our order but chicken sandwiches were kind of thrown together and sloppy

We order by drive thru hot fudge sundae the lady while doing payment was too horrible and rude Literally the whole sundae was only vanilla ice cream just 3 drops of hot fudge was there, when we asked her she rudely said us to not order or pay extra for more fudge like you guys are charging around 5$ just for vanilla ice cream, just a day before we ordered the same thing through drive thru on hayward branch and literally we got a really good sundae with a amount of hot fudge that is good like much better than this the girl said us to go that branch for sundae not come here…. Like if it’s a franchise name so you guys can hire anybody without looking at them like no body has a right to misbehave with the customers… never go to that McDonald again..

Smells like public bathroom all the time, made a special request with easy ice on my coffee and the guy said that the machine does it all automatically??? Does he think I’m stupid, horrible service Btw.
