This place mades me hate my least favorite macdonald. The staff were very rude, the kiosk at there was un able to access check out. lots of errors at kiosk and the staff shouted for not being for us to access kisok and assume we didn't pay for it(tbh we just trying to wait for them to pay) anyway i am not coming this place back very worst.

““PLEASE INVESTIGATE””
An African American young man was trying to purchase a $22.03 meal. The young man paid $22 in cash and intend to pay the remaining $0.03 on card. One mid-age chubby Latina lady cashier took the cash, and have the card transaction ready, but the young man noticed the amount shown for card is still $22.03, which should be $0.03

he explained 3 times to the Latina staff, the staff’s attitude was impatient and showing she knows what she is doing. I chimed in and told the lady the amount should be $0.03 or he will be paying $44.03, which was the same thing that the young man was saying, then she adjust the amount to $0.03 very quickly, showing she knows what’s going on.

If the young man was not smart enough or careful enough, she would PUT THE CASH IN HER POCKET and the card would be charged full price. Not a single word of apology or attitude shown from the cashier. Not sure how many people had been scammed. People pay with cash for their reason and most likely of hardships.

I don’t see this as an accident if the young man explicitly saying he should be paying the remaining. And that she did adjust the amount very quickly with disappointment after I intervened, showing she knows what she should do.

Just visited McDonald’s and everything was great! The food was hot and tasty, especially the fries and burger. The service was quick and the staff was polite. Clean seating area and easy drive-thru experience. Always a reliable stop for a quick meal!

Dear McDonald’s,
I’m really disappointed with our recent visit. My 10-year-old was surprised — and upset — to find a hair inside his frappe. This was very unpleasant and unacceptable, especially coming from a trusted brand.
Please take hygiene more seriously. This kind of experience can really ruin a child’s trust in your food.
