My boyfriend and I visited McDonald’s recently and were appalled by the treatment we received. Despite purchasing meals, we were rudely kicked out after just 2 hours. As homeless individuals, we strive to be respectful, cleaning up after ourselves, unlike the high school kids who left a mess. It's disheartening that our presence inconvenienced the staff, while others were left unchecked. McDonald’s behavior towards us was utterly disappointing and unjust, highlighting a concerning lack of empathy and fairness.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Only because it's the closest one to my house. Did I end up there tonight but again for the third time no cherry Dr Pepper why have a freestyle machine if you're not going to do the job and fill up the syrups and have a freestyle machine three times now no cherry Dr Pepper no cherry anything! If that's not bad enough, but my quarter pounders were uncooked in the middle peak, raw actually gross and cold fries if it's not bad enough that it cost me an arm and a leg for this food I will never be back to this McDonald's ever again in fact, this McDonald's has turned into absolute trash now. I will never be back there ever and the little troll with his little safety vest of a guy that works in the front there. He's rude he's extremely rude not only do you expect us to pay top dollar for this garbage food I gotta put up with a little troll being mean to me when I complain about it, nope zero stars for this place but I'm forced to have to leave one but zero stars and if this is a Bernardin family restaurant, then perhaps it's time for them to get out of the business because nobody's watching the store. It's turned into trash down there in North Fremont hopefully your Grimmer location isn't as bad.
