This McDonald's needs to be investigated cause like why do they need to send everyone to a number every single time we go through the drive thru. Also they forget about giving out sauces even when we pay for them and they be forgetting to add straws with a drink (doordash orders). This place needs to be looked into frfr

This place always manages to mess up my order same morning staff doing it. When you kindly ask them to fix it they get upset. They ALWAYS mess up my order- check it b4 you drive off.
Yelled at me for sitting down and ask for 3 waters and only gave us 1

Manager was very MEAN today!!!! (09/14/25 at 4:15pm) She got mad at me for taking time choosing my Happy Meal toy at the Drive thru even though there’s no car behind me. She is more concerned with her Drive Thru average minutes served than Customer Service. She even yelled at me even from the speaker. This is the first time I got really bad customer service from McDonalds. The franchise owner should watch her video and see how unprofessional she is. Would definitely not recommend buying from her.

Food was the usual the music in the restaurant was Extremely Loud as several times have it turned down to no avail
If you're going to rely on the kiosk that's fine but when 4 different staff in the back see a line of customers forming at the counter, something needs to be done other than letting the line get longer.
