Two things: 1. Don’t be skimpy on the fries. The whole McDonald’s diocese will not run out, I guarantee you. 2. When a kid politely asks if they can exchange an unopened toy because they already have it, you tell them Yes ok. Because yes, you most certainly can. Your first priority should be to please your customer base made of children.

It’s 90 degree weather and I go to the drive through just for them to have me wait with my 3 year old son in the hot parking lot for about 20 mins and once we got our food it was cold. This is terrible, this “fast food” needs to be more mindful when there is toddlers in the car. What is the point of a drive thru

I usually stop here on my way to Sacramento . The server was good. She didn't speak very good English , so it was a little difficult to understand her . Everything was fine. It is dark inside, just kind of glummy . I prefer to sit in my car . I would recommend. Christy Patneaud

Why does Google keep asking me to review every McDonald's I visit? Honestly, I can hardly tell any one McDonald's apart from another. I'm pretty sure the exact same person delivers my food curbside whether I'm in Petaluma or Fremont. They're all the same, Google. That's the point. Now, if you want to ask me about the West Oakland McDonald's, I have a review for you. But I refuse to return to that McDonald's, so I guess you'll have to find out like I did.

Worst McDonald experience ever! They only give you half of the size you order.
I ordered a large fries, and this is what they give you.
My two kids went in for a cup of water. They were charged $4. For JUST WATER! What happened to the free water cup? It feels like this franchise chose to take advantage of two kids because I wasn’t standing with them. Despicable.

I used to come here often, but they have new staff that's not very friendly. They seem to mess up my order all the time. And the sign on the door says they open at 5 AM. At 5:40 they still had the door locked. Even the website says they open at 5 AM. When I knocked on the door the workers looked at me, said something to each other and proceeded to ignore me. Not sure why they don't open at the time they say they do, but I've been here 3 times and they are always closed.

They always run out of everything. They don't tell you either. You have to ask for a missing item and then thats when they say "Sorry, we are out of" no substitution s given or even offered. This location has always been horrible, horrible staff, and you always pay for your items and end up missing items.
