Although it was quite busy, the staff were really nice and accommodating! Thank you for the great experience!

It's unsanitary. There are quite a few flies flying around.

Terrible service!! I ordered one hot and two cold grass jelly to go and waited 30 minutes while everyone else was being served. When I finally asked, they claimed someone had taken my order—an obvious lie. The two cold grass jelly had been sitting there the whole time; they just forgot the hot one. No apology, no accountability. By the time I got everything, the cold ones were warm and ruined. Completely unacceptable.

My go-to dessert shop in Fremont. Their douhua is my personal favourite; the tofu is just the right texture, the sweetness isn't overpowering, and there's a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The portions are also quite large so bring someone with you to share!

Fun dessert place!
There was no line, parking was easy, and our sweet treat came out quickly.
You order from a kiosk, so being that it was our first time, we were a bit overwhelmed. There are lots of options, and lots of things wed never tried before.

We went with the double taro, and enjoyed it.

Overall fun spot, with lots of different options, and a friendly staff.

The only Asian dessert in town that is open late on Fri-Sun. I love the selections,

Great location next to Haidilao, and good desserts/drinks. The workers are super great I left a bag there by accident and was able to go back and pick it up the next day!! :)

- Order took over an hour and it came out all wrong (asked for cold tofu but gave me hot and a bunch of topping in a drink with no topping)
- Gave everything in to-go bowls when we said dine in and our actual order was left on the counter the whole time and they didn’t call us

After the 6 mile hike, the Nango Shaved Ice did really hit our spots. This place has all kinds of extensive food and dessert menus.

Bad Experience because the service was slow. There was only 1 employee working when there were 2 other workers in the back area. It took 30 min for me to get my order of icy grass jelly and I didn't even receive my correct order. Missing sago. So disappointing

The tangyuan is cold very disappointing:(:(

Horrible customer service. Don’t order online. They will say that they are working on your order when 30-45 min later they actually haven’t even put the order in yet… waiting 1 hour for my online order pick up and was lied to multiple times

I spent over $70 on takeout, and it was a huge disappointment. The Signature Hot Red Bean Soup was spoiled and sour—it had clearly gone bad. The Taro Coconut Sago drink was also sour and spoiled. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This is not what I expect from a well-known dessert shop. I will not be ordering from here again.

Great customer service! First time trying these deserts. All employees explained every item to us and gave samples. The food presentation was really cute and classy! Taste was good (not sure, it was my first time . Nothing to compare it too) .clean atmosphere. upbeat and a fun place to go. will go back

This place I would said is ridiculous, I went there today to buy some dessert, because that’s my first time and we couldn’t find a dessert from the Ordering machine so we asked the lady who work at the front she speak like a mad woman, the attitude just like so rude, yelling at me and told me to find in the machine? like we can’t even ask questions? We know we have to order from there but that’s how you guys treat your customers? Plus the dessert right there tested super bad like water. Compare with the other Meet Fresh also located at San Jose this one is more unexpected bad. If you don’t have that patient to face your customer than you shouldn’t open the restaurant!
