When sneezing, the staff should wash their hands afterwards. This place isn't that kind of a place, sadly. Just gross. Reading through other reviews, this place has had a lot of problems, which still continue.

We did not have a great experience. Only one kiosk was open to take orders. Placed order for dine in and waited for 45 minutes only to find out for some reason they had moved past our order. We brought it to someone's attention and they did our order. The dessert itself was okay but the service was so bad it made the whole experience terrible!

I placed 2 bowls online today and showed the staff my order number but they consistently giving me the wrong one and ignored the order I showed them. I kept arguing, but they insisted on giving me the wrong order. It was after several minutes that they finally realized their mistake and impatiently made a new one for me without any apology. No patience, no apology as well.

Great place! The waffles are really delicious, and the drinks are good too. Highly recommend. The staff are the sweetest ever, shout out to Una, Diego, and Lukas! They were very hospitable and accommodating.

I had one of the worst service experiences today at this Meet Fresh location.

I ordered to-go, but they made my order dine-in without asking. When I said it was supposed to be takeout, the staff threw the bag in front of me instead of handing it to me. Later, when I asked for a spoon, they threw the spoon at me as well — it felt like I owed them money just for asking.

Before that, I had already waited over 40 minutes inside the store. I watched the place go from busy to almost empty, and no one greeted me, checked on my order, or offered any help. Some staff even had time to play on their phones, but still ignored me. Then I was told things like “not ready yet.” In the end, I found out they never even started making my order. They just forgot my order!

I am Chinese, and what made me feel especially uncomfortable is that there was a staff member who also looked Asian, yet completely ignored me even when I stood right in front of them. I truly hope this wasn’t because of my ethnicity, but I couldn’t help feeling I was treated differently.

A paying customer should not be ignored, should not be humiliated, and definitely should not have things thrown at them. I rarely write reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable.

I sincerely hope the management sees this and improves staff training — basic courtesy and respect should be the minimum in any restaurant.

Ordered 3 different kinds - icy taro ball signature, signature black sugar boba and mochi milk - of shaved ice. Even at 1/2 sugar, our hands down favorite was the black sugar boba. The other two was just ok.

I rarely comment on service but here, it was unusually slow and idk why the people working the counter seem harassed when there were not many people.

I had to ask staff in person to have the condensed milk on the side since the kiosk doesn't give you that option.

Tasted ok. On the pricier end. Super busy for a Saturday evening.

It's unsanitary. There are quite a few flies flying around.

Terrible service!! I ordered one hot and two cold grass jelly to go and waited 30 minutes while everyone else was being served. When I finally asked, they claimed someone had taken my order—an obvious lie. The two cold grass jelly had been sitting there the whole time; they just forgot the hot one. No apology, no accountability. By the time I got everything, the cold ones were warm and ruined. Completely unacceptable.

My go-to dessert shop in Fremont. Their douhua is my personal favourite; the tofu is just the right texture, the sweetness isn't overpowering, and there's a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The portions are also quite large so bring someone with you to share!

There was no line, parking was easy, and our sweet treat came out quickly.
You order from a kiosk, so being that it was our first time, we were a bit overwhelmed. There are lots of options, and lots of things wed never tried before.

We went with the double taro, and enjoyed it.

Overall fun spot, with lots of different options, and a friendly staff.

The only Asian dessert in town that is open late on Fri-Sun. I love the selections,
