We ordered Togo and was going to sit outside for the dimsum. Waited for 40min and our order still not done. Worst was an order that was 4 number behind us was filled and ours were still far from done. I went asked why is other orders went ahead of us and how much longer it needs for my order. They didn't even check and just responded oh I don't know, nothing we can do about it with a very bad attitude. i had to cancel my order and leave after waited for 40mins for nothing. There are a lot of other dimsum place around not matter dine in or take out. I will never come back here with such service and attitude, and also allow orders to cut in line.

Update August 2025: temporarily removing one star as they have very rigid ordering. Could not add a second patty to my surf and turf combo? I’m willing to pay extra, they said they can’t because the system won’t allow it. That’s pretty silly that they can’t physically cook and add a second patty just because their “system” won’t allow it? I’ll check back in a few weeks and update my review of this is fixed.
Wow! This place is GREAT! It’s definitely gourmet. Think juiciness of The Melt, casualness of In-N-Out, but gourmet quality of a proper restaurant (delicate buttery brioche buns, better quality meat), with your college town burger shack vibe. I hope they’re here to stay because this is going to be my new spot. Only wish they were open later (i.e. 11pm)!
