Came by to MOD Pizza again. The place feels very dark since the lights probably don’t work and they need to replace bulbs.Ordering a customizable pizza is hard, because there are no labels for the toppings when ordering. So I had to look at one small thing that lists them. The pizza is average and how they cut the pizza isn’t close to being even since one slice is bigger than the other.That’s why I have been here for too long. Definitely, there are some improvements to work on.

I was going to eat here because it says online they close at 10. I was in the car finishing a phone call and I saw them turn the lights off and lock the door at it's only 9:20. I went up to the door and the employee motioned me to the side door and said it's because they are only taking card but they are still open. All the chairs are up and the front door is locked. Weird. Sad because I liked this Pizza and chose this spot over Blaze. I might re think next time.

The pizzas are great, but the service sucks! About 95% of the employees make you feel as if you are bothering them when putting in your order. They assume they know what you want so unless you're extremely specific, most likely you'll end up with something you didn't want. The soda fountain is out of order so you can't even get water. Wouldn't be surprised if this location closed soon.

I like mod pizza place and the customisation they offer. We can pickup and dine in. Very much Reasonable price and Friendly staff. 20 min wait time for well done pizza. I signed up with their reward bonus program, i accrue points with every purchase. I highly recommend this place. I have edited this review today to mention that the staff here is great!

The girl who made the pizza was incredibly rude. She continually made face and hand gestures as if to say "Hurry up". She had no positive, cheerful customer service traits. I am never coming back to this establishment.

I was super disappointed in this establishment. The employees were talking amongst themselves at the online pickup order line & they were talking disgustingly about women. Saying explicit things ending with "yeah, Mexican girls." Then they used the N word repeatedly. All while packaging food. Do better.

Literally no one answers the phone!!!!I called and let it ring for 10 minutes non-stop, called again 30 seconds later and let it ring for another 7 minutes, called and tried a different option of calling the business and had them transfer me to the store which rang for another 7 minutes, then I got a notification saying it was on the way... I decided to continue to let it ring just for science, I wanted to see if someone would answer before it got to my door. Nope, they literally do not answer their phone, at all.The received, made, packaged, handed it off for delivery, and fully delivered it to my address and no one ever answered the phone...I'm eating the pizza and writing this review right now while it's still ringing, not even kidding. Going to hang up now that I'm done writing this.

Nice employees who are doing their best. Food is good. Only wish the location was not chronically understaffed. Typically, when I place an online order for pickup, the scheduled pick-up is 15 minutes from order. Always add 10-20 minutes to that. I work nearby, so it’s no biggie to adjust accordingly. And the employees are always apologetic. If MOD could get that fixed, it’d be a 5-star place for me.
The pizza was not bad and I really liked how I could create my own pizza! Only down part is some cost regardless of how many topics and I like it pretty basic. Service at this location was also a little slow.

Only came here because of the vegan cheese. They were out of vegan cheese! Pointless. Good pizza otherwise. Also not sure why I was the only one from our big party given a pizza box instead of a plate but that's minor. The ambiance felt tired but the staff were fairly friendly.

Pizza was way past app time frame but staff was very friendly, apologetic, and look like they had been swamped with orders. I have had the time frames off multiple times at this location but I believe the company app needs better time estimates and its not the stores fault.

JOSH..... You're a superstar! Came here right when I got off and MOD was closing in about 10 minutes. My business is in Milpitas and I had no idea that MOD closed at the same time as the mall. Josh provided us with an excellent pizza. His customer service was great. To Josh's boss...... If you're reading this, please give Josh a raise. BTW... This is from the candle store owners at the Great Mall.

Food was ok. They messed up 1 of our 3 pizzas. Then overcharged us. Workers seemed very Unhappy to be there. Usually mods employees are happy and these ones were definitely not happy. No paper towels or TP in bathroom. Fountain drinks were out of three things. Definitely needs some help at this mod!
