We had a lovely meal. Flavours were really delicious. Service was wonderful. We did notice a significant price increase from our previous visit last fall. Understandably so, every thing is more expensively!

Very tasty food. My favourite is the lamb vindaloo, so spicy. Excellent choices are also papaya prawn, butter chicken, chicken goa curry, eggplant bartha and chili fish. The flavours are all so different. Throw in some coconut rice and naan and you got one hell of a meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and service was excellent. The internal decoration was looking tired and dated, however make no mistake the food is the best East Indian food prepared and served here is the best in the city.

We ordered a variety of food. Everything was amazing! My group and I just didn't love the butter chicken, it was made very well, we just didn't like the flavour of the butter chicken sauce/gravy. Definitely going back here again!

The food was fantastic as usual. We've been going to this restaurant for years. We originally would go to this restaurant and the waitresses would all be wearing Sarees and there would be a large bowl of Sen Sen by the door for people to help themselves. (Several years ago now but it was so nice). Restaurant could use a little update to attract more patrons now and maybe more candles. But the food speaks for itself, delicious!!!
Came on a Wednesday evening for dinner with my family, we got a large variety of dishes the butter chicken from here is amazing!! Super creamy with loads of flavour. Our server Aaron was fantastic at giving recommendations, the food came out in a very timely manor, I would absolutely recommend this place for a date night or family dinner!

The food was good. However the owners need to put some money towards renovating the tables and chairs. The fabric on the chairs were filthy and some chairs unstable. Puts a damper when first shown to a table, and we felt like leaving.
I have been coming to this restaurant before the move., which is many years. I have never been more disappointed with the food. There was no flavour, no spice except heat. It was an very special occasion and I was truly disappointed

Ok.. Valentines Day... an evening out with the wife. Rezo made. Order took over an hour (as the table beside me).. and one visit from the server.. people across had to retrieve the server to pay.. I looked a seemingly great reviews here and funny.... Portions are approx half of what they used to be... When the food actually appeared, it was with,”we got slammed with Skip orders”.... Hey, how about treating the people that have bums in seats? The food was not only basically sauce with 8-10 tiny pieces of chicken, prawns or steak but was almost flavorless... honestly could not tell the difference from one dish to the next.. I would have 100% got up and left before the hour plus mark where my food finally arrived but it was Valentines Day and I didn't want to make it worse.... My wife even commented, “what happened here?.... Green Chili is better than this”.... Couldn't have said it better.... Oh yeah, the chairs could use either cleaning or reupholstering....

Food was, as always, EXCELLENT. We arrived at 5:30pm and for the first time ever, we felt rushed. - Dishes were cleared as each person finished instead of when everyone was finished their meals. - Asked multiple times if food was acceptable. Hopefully this will not occur in our next visit.

Bland indian food. I dined here 3 years ago and it was the same - flavorless and tired. I dined here many years before and it was great. I came back for the ambience but wont do it again. Service was poor and there was only 2 tables the entire night. Food quality and flavour were poor.

The atmosphere here is wonderful. I love going to places that have more original decor than your typical restaurant. It sets a nice mood. It was a great place to celebrate with friends. The food was yummy, and there were lots of options. Our group included 4 people with various dietary restrictions, and the staff was able to accommodate everyone without any fuss. Vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, egg free... Everyone had choices. Our server was very friendly and attentive without hovering. And the prices are very reasonable. There were options for sharing rice, or single rice servings if you want to split your cheque. This is a restaurant where you should plan to take your time. The food does not come very quickly. I wouldn't say the wait time was a problem or at all bothersome to our group, but if you have small children who struggle to wait, you may want to bring a little snack to get them through to the meal. Overall, we had a great time, and I would definitely recommend this place.
