Mr LAU'S STEAK HOUSE

Mr. Lau's Steak House (劉月鐵板.居酒屋) provides authentic Taiwanese-style steak meal, which left me feeling happy after eating it. The set meal includes black pepper rib eye steak (8 ounces, medium rare), lettuce salad, garlic bread, an egg, and spaghetti. The price is so inexpensive and the meal is so delicious. I definitely will be coming back again and again!

Very delicious but not expensive at all. Remind me of the Asian-style steak during my childhood! This plaza is not very popular, but this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Will come back!

My meal was approximately $25 and I was fully satisfied with the Taiwanese style sizzling steak dinner. I ordered the chicken with Lau steak combo with the steak rare so the heated metal plate wouldn't over cook my meat. Would definitely return. The lady and man who interacted with us were super sweet.

For a steak set (soup, salad, and bread included) costs only $20 dollars and for dinner, I have nothing to complain about. Service and Atmosphere are excellent. Food is good too (of course please don’t compare to those fine-dining steak-house).

Parking: Plaza has the parking space, plenty of them.

Filling portions, fantastic price!

Great steak with very delicious gravy, mushroom or black pepper or half n half. Will come back for more. The whole room can be filled with the smell of butter and cooked steak, though. A great experience nonetheless!

Authentic Taiwanese style pepper steak in cast iron plate. Price is right, and pretty down to earth delicious.

This Chinese comment is for Taiwanese friends: The crispy soup here tastes very similar to my steak, absolutely authentic. Basically, the original flavor restores the flavor of Taiwan night market steak?

Pork loin is very tender. We love it! All the setup reminds us of our sizzling steak experiences in Taiwan. It’s very authentic.

Now they only have Taiwanese iron steaks.
Ribeye was good enough.
New York strips were too stiff, totally not worth it.
Puff pastry was ok. But you need to wait for extra 15 min.

Staff is nice and service is good. But the steak had a good amount of sinew and fat, so it was difficult to cut and chew.
