Absolutely wonderful ice cream. I came here with my family and the staff was so kind. They greeted us nicely and even told my young siblings jokes while they were waiting. Then, the ice cream was lovely. We got the mango, butterscotch, kulfi, and casatta, and it was delicious. "A taste of my childhood back in Bombay, and I don't get that often here. Truly, I will come back every week! If my metabolism could handle it, I'd come every day." —my fatherDietary restrictions: All the ice cream is eggless and they have non-dairy options. I ordered a birthday cake for my friends this Friday. We were late ordering it and also specifically wanted an eggless cake, so we called Nirvana. I had ordered previously from them and always liked the taste. On a call, they said they have 7-inch and 9-inch cakes available. So I ordered a 9-inch cake with Mango and Pineapple flavors. When we went there for pickup, there was no parking available. As you know, parking is challenging and always full, so I asked my husband to go and pick up the cake quickly. He brought the cake, and we went to our friend's birthday party. Later, when we opened the cake, we were shocked to see the size; it was literally a little bigger than the size of my palm. It was so insulting and humiliating for us. Unfortunately, their shop was closed by then, so I couldn't call them. One of the friends who was there at the party was also a baker and said that it was a 7-inch cake and not 9 inches for sure. But the price that we paid them was 9 inch one. It was really insulating to see everyone's faces mocking us.

First time checking it out, and only ordered a coconut/pineapple shake and it was freaking delicious. They claim to use all natural ingredients, and it shows. Definitely coming back for more next time I'm in town.Highly recommended.

This was a great experience. I ordered Badshahi falooda drink and asked them to swap the kulfi to pistachio ice cream and they nicely accepted. The drink came out to be amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. The parking can be limited but there is street parking available behind the building. There's no seating available. However there's a long counter top along the wall allowing people to have the drinks and ice cream without leaving the parlor.
