Phenomenal service! We came in about 30 minutes before closing, and they still had a fresh selection of bagels. The staff greeted us with enthusiasm, and even though the bagel my sandwich comes with was out, the associate offered great recommendations that made my day. I ordered the Noah’s Texas Brisket Bagel, which was absolutely delicious, and treated myself to a Noah’s Maple House Bagel for later. 🥯

They hardly put any cream cheese on our bagels which is atypical compared to other bagel shops. It was the lightest smear. I got the jalapeno bagel and there were multiple layers of jalapenos bunched up on top instead of spread out nicely like other shops. Could have been better.

This place used to be something decent. But just like everywhere else, their food standards have been rapidly declining. My order from this morning solidifies my decision to never return here. The quality of food is poor, the serving sizes have significantly declined, and the misrepresentation of the menu keeps pissing me off.
