The owner was quite rude and not client-oriented. Perhaps it wasn’t the best timing, but regardless, I believe customers should always be treated with respect. It was my first visit, and unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning

The roasted whole lamb is awesome and tastes well with the chilli powder and fresh garlic/onion slices. Just one minor suggestion is to provide some lemon salt for those who can’t take spicy food.

Terrible attitude. Rude. Prepare the food in a rush and not in its complete style. Really like it before but now won’t be back.

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Northwest China Cuisine last weekend, and we were blown away by the exceptional service and cuisine! Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the extensive menu and making excellent recommendations. The dishes we ordered were expertly prepared and presented, with flavors that were both bold and nuanced. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Northwest China Cuisine is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a special place. The flavors are incredibly authentic — the cumin lamb is a must-try, as is the beef with chili peppers. Every dish I've had has been bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed yet memorable meal. I’ve found my new favorite Chinese restaurant in town!

If you're a fan of authentic Chinese cuisine, you need to try Northwest China Cuisine! The menu is diverse, but everything I tried was top-notch. The beef and broccoli was tender, and the signature cumin lamb had the perfect kick. The dumplings were heavenly, and the crispy eggplant dish was a real standout. The service was fantastic, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. It’s clear that the chefs take pride in their food, and I can't wait to return!

Northwest China Cuisine is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates bold, flavorful Chinese food. The cumin lamb is a standout dish—it’s packed with smoky, spicy goodness. The noodles are made fresh to order, and every dish is perfectly seasoned. I’ve also tried their fried rice and spicy chicken with peanuts, both of which were delicious. The service is excellent—attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant has a cozy vibe, making it perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience at Northwest China Cuisine! The food is absolutely incredible, with bold, complex flavors that you just can't find at most Chinese restaurants. The cumin lamb skewers are a must-try—they’re perfectly spiced and packed with flavor. I also love their hand-pulled noodles, which are so much better than anything pre-packaged. The cold sesame noodles were also amazing! The service is friendly and the ambiance is warm and inviting. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots for authentic Chinese food!

I absolutely love Northwest China Cuisine! The dishes here are full of flavor, and you can really taste the authenticity in each bite. The cumin lamb is so tender and flavorful, and the hand-pulled noodles are amazing—chewy with a great bite to them. I also highly recommend their spicy stir-fried eggplant, which is both crispy and perfectly seasoned. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself has a great, relaxed atmosphere. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in town!

A friend invited me to have roasted whole lamb. It was really amazing. The whole lamb comes with 8 dishes 💲498. We have arranged a party in the future, so you can still enjoy it after the meal! 14 people didn't finish a single sheep. 😁

What an outrageous takeout experience! We ordered takeout, fried pancakes + meat buns, and went to pick them up immediately after placing the order. When we got them back, we found that they were all cold. I called to inquire and learned that the boss was on a business trip. The clerk said: "Some customers like cold pancakes." The pancakes were dry and cold and completely inedible. If I asked again, I would pay attention next time. The attitude towards wiring is extremely poor. This is the first time I have seen such a store in the Bay Area!
