Very very sweet cream and cakes. I want to enjoy a cake and not die. This cake would have been if the cream frosting was 10% of its current sweetness. Also the cake bread needs a substantial sweetness reduction. We are terribly disappointed with this type of cake. I will not recommend this cake. It is more like death by sugar.

I've been having these kind of desserts when I was younger. The quality and the taste of them has never changed. The Bundt Cakes have come in different sizes. You can get your own personal one or a bigger size for a special event.The last one we got one is during my sister's 21st birthday party. We got the bigger one and a personal one. The middle part of the personal size cake is the best since the icing is usually very cold and solid. Everything else tastes sweet, but it's still good to come here.I actually get those occasionally from events, but I probably get one my own soon.

I am very unhappy with this experience at the Fremont location. I have been coming here for about two years and love their cupcakes. However, I recently got a stamp card from another location and when i tried to use it here the lady at counter said I can't use it because they are a different owner.. but when I was given the stamp card I could use it at any location. When I asked her if I can get a stamp card for Fremont then she said no that they don't give the stamp card anymore.So I basically purchase 5 Bundt's & didn't get my card stamped.I understand you are franchise but at end of day you are all n representing the same company. Had I been told that I would've just purchased at the other location. Not happy & will not be returning.

I went in for my first time in this store to get a birthday bundtlet and asked for a napkin and fork. The front cashier was very rude. She said they don't have that and it's only a pick up and go store. A napkin atleast would have been nice.
