For us it was just ok. Not bad but also not great. If hungry and nearby - and didn’t have ability to just go home, i guess i would eat here again. But doubt that will occur.

Great small Deli.Old school thick cookie duster mustache Pop serving up great sandwiches. Reasonable prices even in late 2023. One sandwich from here and you'll pass in the subway sandwich next time it's convenient.Subway $$$$ so long ago the 5 dollar foot long left us. Place us always busy during lunch and the quality, taste, atmosphere are proof.I'm starting to grab a sandwich along my commute for the fridge at home.This place is on my list of weekly stops. 100%

The food is always so good, me and my sisters always get the turkey sun and the mocha coffee i between classes. The man that works there is always so nice and gets everything out quickly even during rushes when he's the only one behind the counter. The little shop its decorated so nice too with inside and outside seating. He definitely needs more business and for any Ohlone students looking for something to get between classes I suggest Ohlone Deli!

I used to go to this deli when I was in high school and would always get the spicy bbq chicken sandwich. The other day I was driving by and just had to try it again. It's been over 15 years and the place is still how I remember it, with the same owner! I got the same sandwich and boy was it delicious and just how I remembered. The service is fast and they have a lot of good sandwich and gyro options. One of the best small food establishments that fremont has to offer.

Excellent atmosphere and friendly service make this Mom and Pop type of deli a real treat.It's located right across from Ohlone College, and I recommend the beef gyro. The freezes are a treat as well, and they come with caramel, vanilla, or hazelnut syrup by request.I wish they were open on Sunday (for a relaxing day off with eats), but if you can make it during the week, or on Saturdays before they close, you won't be disappointed.* Note, there is no public restroom, so keep that in mind if you're planning to stop off and sit and eat, while socializing for a while.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pastrami and ham Witt everything. The bread was soggy and old . The ham and pastrami was rank! Totally disgusted with this deli! I will never return !!!

Heard this deli made good pastrami sandwiches, tried it out, as well as fish & chips with my husband! We both loved the chips which were tasty and very crisp. That’s how a fresh crinkle chip should be! Fish crisp and fresh! Wish pastrami was home made, but is was fresh as well. The gentleman from the Mediterranean knows his way around a deli. Say what, baklava, too? All right! Baklava heaven now! Will be back soon! Thanks very much

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. My first red flag was the messy menu and empty seats. It’s a cute deli nice and cozy but the burger and milkshake I was charged for was 15 dollars. Didn’t expect that high price for some burger that gave me food poisoning. I asked kindly the worker if it was possible to give me a refund and told me people come daily and enjoy his burgers. Then we came to a agreement to hand me some of my money back. Thankfully got 5 dollars back. The place smelled awful and flies around. I really hope the business man who owns the shop will upgrade and make it more safe and healthier to eat there. Please organize your shop a little more and don’t try to tell the customer is wrong with their order. Main rule in good business is that the customers are always right. Have a good day.

Tried this place for the 1st Time on a to go Order.Looking at the other pictures of the inside previously posted gotta say it no longer looks th same.Roast Beef sandwich was ok ( Meat was a bit Rubbery but I did order it hot) I loved that he had Horseradish The bread was good and crusty. And he wrapped each half of my sandwich separately which is Wonderful.I will try it again
