I went out with family today and co-incidentally my neighbor happened to be sitting next to me. It was SO EMBARRASSING, the service I received. They took entire 15 minutes to bring out fork just for my salad AND THE BREADSTICK CAME OUT THE LAST, what should have been the first and it was just 3 breadsticks for 4 people. They took so long to attend, our entire mood was ruined. It was horrible service. If I could give a negative stars, I WOULD!!

I visited this Olive Garden a while back with a friend. The first thing that hit me was the strong smell of cheese—it reminded me of the scent you get upon entering, which isn't necessarily the most inviting. We were starving, so we quickly ordered a glass of red blend wine each, along with minestrone soup, Caesar salad, and chicken pasta.
Our server was fantastic and very attentive. However, the food was just okay. We both agreed that it used to be better in the past. We were too full for dessert, so we ended up chatting for a while before heading out.
I'm not sure I'd rush back, but it's not a bad option if you're craving pasta and happen to be in the area.

My family and I went to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time because the restaurant is very elegant and clean and the food was so good. Also, the manager was so nice!

Parking: I just wish that the waitress smiled at us, but she never did. In fact, she actually looked mad.

"Disappointing Seating Experience for a Special Occasion"

I recently visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner with my elderly mother, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the seating arrangements. I specifically requested a quieter area, knowing there were several such spots available since we’ve dined here many times before. Instead, we were seated right next to the restroom at a table that didn’t even have settings or condiments—clearly an overflow area. This was particularly frustrating given that there were plenty of open tables in other, more suitable areas of the restaurant.

While the seating choice was incredibly disheartening, I do want to point out that the service at the front desk was outstanding, and our waitperson more than made up for the initial disappointment. She was attentive, courteous, and even went out of her way to help us pack our leftovers—a true bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience.

The food, as always, was excellent, and I definitely overindulged (almost went into a food coma afterward!). It’s unfortunate that such great food and attentive service were marred by an uncomfortable seating experience on what should have been a special occasion.

Had a good experience on our last visit! For vegetarians, there are relatively fewer options but I liked the pasta, and the salad. The soup I felt is average as it comes with a lot of veggies.

For a big place with plenty of seating, the vibe is great and feels homely. Our server Ed was prompt and flawless, I had a nice chat with him and he was great!

PS: One note of caution, there are games available in the tab on the table, all those games are paid, but somehow when you start the game, you don't get any prompt to know it is going to get charged!

Busy location, but great Olive Garde food. I believe the food is overpriced. I keep coming back because I can trust that the food and service will be consistent.

Parking: There is a ton of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly menu available.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's nothing to say. It is compliant with ADA standards.

Good setting, menu could be a little more creative. And, more veggie options would help.

My son took us ( wife, older brother, and I) for dinner. Everything was delicious, big plates, a generous amount of food. We skipped the wine because driving. Overall, we'll be back again, and again, we all love the food.

Parking: Lot of parking for a Friday evening.

Not sure they make everyone wait so much. The place has awesome food and if the service was done a bit better, this place can be such a go to for so many people
