Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Went there to get my online to go order. Order was ready before promised time. Chicken is good and moist. The only thing is the BBQ sauce has a wired taste but overall great food!

Third different Ono Hawaiian location I've been too and still a very solid experience.

Went since they had their black friday sale and got two plates that I usually do else where. Out of everything their chicken is still my favorite and a strong macaroni salad.

Rest is fine but would get BBQ chicken for sure, would recommend.

The food I had was very tasty, and I was enjoying my meal. However, one of the employees (the person in the photo) started sweeping the floor right around my table several times, raising dust while I was eating. He also moved chairs very loudly on purpose, which was quite unpleasant and disrespectful. This behavior really spoiled the experience, even though the food itself was good.

Placed an order for delivery and the driver made a mistake in delivering so we ordered again and one of us made the time to go pick up instead this time. They never made the order. We kept telling them the delivery guy made a mistake so never got the food and they kept insisting that it was picked up so they're not making another. We paid twice for food we never got. Delivery person never picked up the phone about our missing food. Hopefully our refund comes through. Never going back.

Food is bad - chicken katsu was so hard to chew. Pickup experience was bad - cashier just ignored me and served three other customers before turning to me, while I was waiting at the pick up counter looking at my food sitting there.

This is a pretty good spot, at least one of the better hawaiian bbq places in Fremont. It costs a little bit more than the others, but it has a better menu and the place is usually spotless with friendly staff. The only real issues are that the locations kinda stinks because you have to park around back, and then as mentioned it's on the pricier side by comparison but it's the best place in town without needing to drive down to San Jose.

I’m surprised that I’ve never been coming here for over a couple years I believe. This is usually my go to places for Hawaiian food. I’ve been going here for years and the food is quite amazing. The food is nicely grilled and the vegetables especially the lettuce tastes as fresh as it can get. For a restaurant that has multiple locations, the inside isn’t quite bad, but it doesn’t often get crowded as people usually do takeouts.
