Miso glazed salmon was too delicious and the staff were amazingly nice. My girl friend and I truly appreciate their customer service they were beyond nice.

Been here before and had great experience. But this last few times we didn't even make it to the table. Waited for an hour for a table, I saw the hostess giving attitude to guests who were inpatient. Yes they are "hangry" and probably being a little rude, but at least apologize for the wait. Give an explanation why there are a ton of open tables and no one is getting sat. Maybe your short staffed, people would understand. As the time passed I watch people complain to the manager about the bathrooms being out of everything, customers not getting service and also servers having a bad attitude towards customers. But I also observed the manger not doing anything to expedite the situation. Go bus tables, go restock the bathroom, go take orders. Don't just stand there!! After an hour we just left. Maybe it was a few off days so that is why I am giving it 2 stars. Hopefully in a few months they get things sorted.

We arrived at this spot for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt good. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

I don't write negative reviews unless I feel it it absolutely necessary. Upon entering the front doors i encountered a smell similar to rotten eggs. The tables at which we sat had lost their top coat and it felt like a mild adhesive had been sprayed from the feel of it. Other evidence of a restaurant not being properly maintained fell into view. Lighting fixtures dangling from the ceiling by wiring, many burnt out bulbs, and other patrons asking to be reseated from the dark seating areas. The food was bland and overpriced. Many better choices in the area, don't waist your time or money.

Awful. Terrible. We ordered this chicken and it didn’t come so we asked a server and she said she would check on it. She disappeared and never came back. Honestly, the staff needs some help and more training. We’ve waited for over an hour for this chicken. Our poor family had to eat just shrimp and noodles BECAUSE THE CHICKEN WOULDN’T COME OUT.

It took a while to get seated but other than that the service was good. I ordered the oolong seabass and my girlfriend had the glazed salmon. The seabass could have used more seasoning but was good. And the salmon was a little on the sweet side. Over all I was pleased with the dinner

New years eve dinner not good. Out of pot stickers new menu which also not goo . Soup like warm over hour to get our dinner just plain bad plus spent $130.00 for dinner. If ever in reno go to p.g. changs there. They could teach fremont how to give good service

Had to wait like 20 minutes to get menu, sat us at the bar instead of the actual table, ordered and waited for 1-1:30 hours, they only had one waiter on staff at the time. The new ramen menu they had tasted like the instant packs you could get at a store, not worth the $14 + $1.00 for a fried egg, the only saving grace were the drinks and even those weren't worth the $7 that I paid for ONE drink
