Terrible service
I’ve been to Pakwan many times, but the manager is consistently rude and unprofessional. It’s disappointing, and something needs to be done about it. If someone can reach out to me, that would be appreciated.
People behind the desk are the rudest, impolite & pathetic people that work and provide the worst services to their customers
The worst customers service very rude and impolite front desk
I love their chicken tikka and chicken choley with garlic naan is delicious
Nihari was awesome, seekh was amazing 😍 and haleem taste to the next level...We really enjoyed the yummy 😋 food.... carving for the spicey food was fulfilled here...
This place is all about food. Very good food. Pick it up when ready and find a seat.
Staff at the reception counter has way too much attitude for someone selling cheap imitation of Indian food.

The best Indian-Pakistani restaurant, comparable to Shalimar. If you want to dine in, this is the place to be. It has become my favorite spot for enjoying Northern Indian cuisine.

Felt like I was eating frozen food that was reheated and served. Not worth the price. The Counter Staff was very unpleasant and rude refusing answer questions while ordering.

You don't go here for service (self service) or atmosphere.
Food is good if you know what to get... I recommend goat or anything minced, don't recommend chicken: the cubes in our Biryani were still pink, when pointed out, we were told that's how it is... uncooked in my opinion.
Oh and chai is no longer complimentary, now it's $2 + tax

The customer service is zero. The facility is very crowded.
The expected taste of food is not good. The naan is uncooked and tastes like wet flour.
Good place, great food, getting a table, reserving a table can have challenges. Printed menus and a more structured seating process would be helpful.
