Every other year when I visit my home away from home, I gotta have me some Panda Express. My Chinese friends don’t understand.
This joint is kept clean and bright. Food’s on par. Rice was fluffy and noodles weren’t drenched in oil. Everything else was just as you’d expect from any Panda or fast food joints.
But Tina and Nooran were extremely friendly. With smiles and an upbeat tone, they differentiate themselves from the usual “you-owe-me-money” attitude from most of other fast food servers.
Good memories kept and served.

Quick meal spot , bento box style entree and side combo. Service was quick and place was neat. Not a fancy one and recommend it for quick and price friendly Asian food.
Note - the fried red chilli were little spicy but adds little crunchy flavor though.

Food is good and affordable
Amazing professional team service and efficiency under crew chief (assistant manager) Iyali. Creative solutions on the fly maintaining line flow under the busiest conditions. Clean, friendly, upbeat environment.
Out of curiosity looking over some of the other reviews I decided to add a bit about the food itself, which is consistent and tasty without excessive oil. Not to bash the local single location family restaurant, but raw food quality at Panda Express uncommonly high. Due to scale and founder intent food be healthy there is no canned nor grisly meat, and fresh vegetables appear throughout menu items.
Hard to believe the reviews by folks who did not ask for sauce packets not speak up and provide staff the opportunity to serve up a fresher item. Also tuff to imagine the thought process of reviews complaining the food is too popular (good) such that there is a line of people all equally enamored with the food.

Almost everything of the food is good, but once you order online, it’s all over… when you order fried rice, they use the one in the containers and not cook fresh fried rice. The fried rice that I got smells like it’s already going bad, it’s very stale and dry. The only food that is fresh and cooked is the one being placed in front of you.

This location is the only PE in Fremont that sell hot and sour soup. As long as they still serve it, I will come here every week or whenever I am craving for H&S soup. The soup is simple mostly just mushroom, egg and little bit of tofu. No meat which is perfect. The entrees are also delicious. Always my go to place for chinese fast food. I prefer this americanized chinese food cooked by non-chinese people lol.

Ordered a bowl with half chowmein half super greens and some honey sesame chicken . I had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook the chicken. For 15 of those 20 minutes I saw no one cook , no one even try to refill what they were missing. There was 6 workers in total and you’re telling me not one of them could do it ? I had to wait that long because no one wanted to do their job? Sorry to Lorenzo I know you’re just the cashier, but everyone else here does nothing .

Haven’t really been on Panda Express for a while, but I decided to come back here to see where it’s at now. Pretty much everything is the same except that the bowl size must have changed. Back in college, they used to be bigger, but now they’re slightly reduced, which is fine. They also constantly change the calories from some of the foods. Dunno why though.
I’m still surprised that they’re not that priced heavy compared to most Chinese joints. Maybe because it’s a popular fast food chain, which is probably how they’re still sustaining affordable prices.
Dietary restrictions: Panda Express usually labels items that has less calories as green. Another reason is because the food is high in protein.

I would just say they could have been more attentive and not so stingy or uptight with there servings and service it was also extremely cold inside while cold out side
Parking: Handicaps and available parking spaces
Kid-friendliness: Chairs for 4 people max and they have reasonable prices for kids meals
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and a slanted curb to flat entrance

This panda express charged my credit card for a canceled order even though I called and talked to them about canceling my order. Bad business to do business with this place!
