Really friendly workers with good attitudes. It was a bit loud when I went and they made sure they got my order right instead of guessing.

The quality of food and service has improved considerably over the years. Used to be bad, now, this panda is not so bad and getting better and better from my recent experiences. Still, arrival time is everything if you want steamy freshly cooked foods.
Terrible customer service from Yu, she's very rude and looks at people in a bad way.
