The quality of food and service has improved considerably over the years. Used to be bad, now, this panda is not so bad and getting better and better from my recent experiences. Still, arrival time is everything if you want steamy freshly cooked foods.
Parking: The parking is free but limited. There is a Costco, In n Out and Gen in the same shopping center.

Absolutely great food, the shrimp is fantastic cooked to perfection, great lunch or dinner, great service, freindly. Nice place, simple clean, good food, reasonably priced, many people but serve you fast. Helpful staff Medium sized restaurant space The prawns and beef and chicken all taste good. Simple steamed vegetables: beans, Broccoli. Chicken teriyaki is good reasonably priced. Good for lunch.
