Paradise staff are always very nice and friendly, wanted to give a special shoutout to Jaiswal always gives great recommendations and goes above and beyond for us. I have been coming here regularly, i reccomend the chicken 65, chicken biryani, and butter chicken

Very cozy atmosphere and excellent food. So many good choices in the menu, it is hard to decide. I really liked their butter chicken with garlic naan. We also got their Biryani for the table, it was very good and everyone enjoyed the experience. I would come back here for dinner again. Lots of veg options as well for the vegetarians in your party.

We went to eat here — the food was delicious, and the staff were very kind and patient. While we were eating, an issue came up and a customer started yelling at the staff. The staff tried to apologize, but the customer kept yelling. Still, the staff remained calm, and we just watched it all happen while eating. No matter what others say, we were enjoy the food it was still a really good place.

If you enjoy being treated with zero respect, this is the place for you. The staff speaks with so much attitude it’s like you’re inconveniencing them just by calling. Tried asking a few simple questions over the phone and got nothing but arrogance and vague half-answers — if they even bother to answer at all.

And don’t even think about ordering online. They’ll cancel your order without explanation and leave you hanging. Absolutely ridiculous. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Not recommended at all — save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually wants your business.

I’ve visited this place several times, mainly because it usually offers slightly better food and service compared to other nearby options. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing.

I ordered a paneer biryani family pack, which unfortunately did not live up to expectations. The rice was either soggy or lacked the flavor and texture you’d expect from a freshly prepared meal. The paneer itself was dry, hard, and scarce. It seemed like they had just added some yellow, spicy rice that didn’t taste fresh at all.

I did share this feedback directly with the restaurant, but the response was underwhelming. Rather than acknowledging the issue, they brushed it off with a generic “everything is good” reply. However, the food told a different story.

I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but consistency is crucial—something that seems to be lacking here. One thing I’ve noticed is that the quality seems to vary depending on the day. For some reason, meals ordered on Fridays often taste fresher compared to other days of the week.

While I haven’t completely written this place off, experiences like this make it hard to stay loyal. I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously and work toward maintaining better consistency in both food and service.

They have like no system at all. We waited in line for 45 min to be seated and people just came and sat down and were served.

The chicken 65 is neither dry nor spicy as I ordered. Also each piece has skin. Half cooked. Don’t even ask the taste of veg Manchurian .
