Good food
Quantity and quality did not match the expectations. They had small 4-5 Pieces of chicken nuggets with a kid size portion of Biryani rice.
Fish fry was awful. Will never go again, very disappointed with the food quality. The server was friendly. Not worth the price.

This is my second terrible food experience here. I ordered Chicken Vepudu and Chicken 65. Chicken 65 is supposed to be dry, but it came out very saucy. The Vepudu had virtually no spices — it felt like it was loaded with food colour instead. Under no circumstances will I order from Paradise Fremont again. I’ve had good meals from the Milpitas (N Able St) Paradise location in the past. Fremont branch is extremely disappointing. I’m baffled by the positive reviews — not sure what aspects people are liking here. I only tried Fremont this time because I needed food urgently and other options weren’t open yet, and I won’t be ordering here again. When we order they said 20 min but they took 50 min. every time same issue.

If you order food here for takeout, remember they are mostly never on time and over that the staff thinks it’s ok for customer to wait 10 - 15 mins beyond the expected time for order. Genuinely no concern on service quality at all. No attempts to revise their estimates on time. Food may be food but service is pathetic.

I have been their customer since 2018. In the recent past I have seen the quality of things going down. My son is a big butter chicken fan of paradise but over the past year I have seen its quality go down hence we stopped ordering g. I still like their kadai chicken, the flavor is good but the quantity of chicken has gone down. At the end of the meal we are left with curry but no chicken to serve it with. Similar experience with Gobi Manchurian quantity.

Ordered Boneless Biryani family tray instead received regular chicken biryani. The entire experience and mood got ruined. Even the ordered chit said boneless. I confirmed three times that if the boneless is available they affirmed and confirmed the order still I got served the regular biryani. Horrible experience.
Pretty good spot for Indian food. The food is fresh and flavourful, and the service is polite and quick. Worth checking out.

I've been looking and yearning for a decent Indian restaurant after moving away from one of my favorite restaurants. Literally found them by following the smell to the restaurant and was not let down. Had chicken tikka masala, rice, and garlic naan and was in heaven. Damn near licked the plate clean, best Indian food I've had in my LIFE!

I ordered to go item family biryani paneer tikka 2 naan I placed order online I was told 15 minutes. I showed up within 15 min it’s not ready now it’s been more then 45 minutes still waiting still no clear answer when order will be ready. C mon if it’s going to take longer communicate why it’s taking long time and restaurant is not even that busy

Been here multiple times now. We need to order “mild” version of their biryanis, else it gets too spicy and inedible. They serve it with raita and salan.
I got the delivery today and found a hair in the biryani family pack. Family pack usually comes with an option of adding either gobhi 65 or gobhi manchurian.

I wish I could give no stars, we were a loyal customer until today, we took out a catering order ALL VEGETARIAN SPECIFICALLY & shocking we found A PIECE OF CHICKEN in the kadhai paneer, called the restaurant, guy on the call was sorry about it but does that change anything? NO!! all my guests left without eating & no one wants to eat from this shitty place anymore where veg & non veg food are probably cooked together otherwise what’s a reason to find a chicken in veg curry right! So I request all the people who are specifically looking for VEG FOOD DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT‼️ God knows what’s going behind the doors in the kitchen. This used to be my go to place now NEVER!!! Alas because of their chef & management they have lost almost 20 loyal customers! BEWARE VEGETARIAN‼️ coz this place doesn’t care or respect their customers. Shameless!
