Just fyi they don’t sell physical gift cards at this location, which I think is a miss as I was going to gift to a friend but will now choose elsewhere. But pastries are good.

I had the worst service ever at Paris Baguette Fremont (Mowry). I had ordered a birthday cake at the beginning of the month, and when I went to pick it up, the staff spent about 20 minutes searching for it. Eventually, they came back and told me they didn’t have the cake because they had lost the ticket. Their solution was to offer me two other cakes with a 30% discount and refund the rest — which also never happened.
This was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined the experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Ending my night with burned coffee, burned overpriced coffee and terrible customer service. The two young men who we mentioned about the taste of my latte didn’t even apologize, offered a discount or replaced it with a pastry or another drink. If this incident would have happened at Starbucks or any other coffee shop it would have been handled differently. Poor training/management or simply careless attitude. We came in @ 9:00 pm perhaps Baristas are ready to go home. . . . I will definitely avoid Paris Baguette for a long time.

Ordered a catering tray a couple days early, arrive day of to pick it up and they don’t have my order. They were not apologetic and told me to contact my bank for a refund. Terrible customer service!

I visited the place based on a special recommendation. The food is spectacular, all the bakery items are fresh, and the hot drinks are of excellent quality. The service is very good, and the prices are fair for the products offered.

Very disappointed with the service. My drinks were made wrong twice, and the employee didn’t even seem to know if the item was on the menu or how to make it. After the second mistake, she actually laughed about it, which was really rude. On top of that, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my drinks, that I end up not taking . Definitely not a good experience

Very bad service. There was a call while I checking out and the cashier immediately went to answer the phone and then kept wandering around with the phone. I waited there for 15 minutes and still didn't get my cake and coffee. Will not be coming back next time.

I’m a regular customer to the Fremont location and today I asked for a one of the nice blue boxes instead of the regular brown ones for some pastries I bought for my Mother In Law’s birthday and the cashier helping me said they were only for cakes. - even after I told her it was for a gift- We offered to buy one and she still said “No”. Very disappointed and I’m not going to come back there.

The cakes are amazing, got the blueberry yogurt cake for my birthday, two smaller cakes (one tiramisu and other one I forgot). However, the savoury pastries are not as good as I expected.

I’ve been a fan of Paris Baguette ever since but this time I had a bad experience. The pastries are good but the drinks are awful.
Ordered 2 frappes - Mocha & Coffee. The drinks are so light as if theres nothing in them. They are just full of froth resulted from blending. Also, they didnt put whipped cream which they usually put. Idk, i think they are short-staffed. I hope they put someone who really knows how to make drinks. ?
