Way overpriced now! Curry croquette is almost $5, almond croissant is over $6, even my kids' favorite mini berry pastry is over $3 now. Their bread loafs also look squished and they charge over $6 each. For this price, I can get something even better at B patisserie or Mademoiselle Colette and I'll still save some money. They don't want to be the neighborhood bakery anymore, but their quality is not there yet to charge this much.

I went in for brunch and ordered a chocolate and almond croissant and coffee. The coffee was supposed to be hot but was served room temperature. The croissants tasted stale. I would not recommend going here.

Love this place! If you're in the market for a beautiful cake that's not as overly sweet as most - and love whipped cream-this is the perfect place for you! Their cakes and pastries don't disappoint and the LavAzza coffee is so delicious!

On the evening of January 11, 2024, during a visit to the establishment with my family, I encountered a series of egregious issues that demand immediate attention and rectification. Firstly, despite the posted hours of operation indicating closure at 9:30 pm, the restrooms were inexplicably closed at 8 pm. This blatant deviation from stated business hours is unacceptable. Furthermore, the pathway to the restroom was obstructed with makeshift barricades comprised of smaller tables and overturned chairs, obstructing access for patrons. This was essentially one half of the cafe blocked off to all patrons. Despite staff claims of restroom cleanliness (newly cleaned), access was denied to both the public and paying customers, a clear violation of basic customer service standards. In a particularly distressing situation involving a genuine emergency with my son, the staff callously redirected us to a neighboring establishment, Paradise restaurant, despite the restroom in question being available for use. They reconfirmed it was operational, but were not allowed to give access past 8pm. This deliberate obstruction to basic necessities is inexcusable. Additionally, when seeking clarification on the official store policy regarding restroom accessibility 1.5 hours before closing, the staff exhibited confusion and reiterated an illogical policy - closing the restroom at 8 pm, even if the store remains open to paying customers. For the record, we decided to visit this establishment to celebrate my birthday and enjoy our favorite desserts. My son wanted to sing a short birthday song so he decided to hold it and stated he was OK and strong enough, but eventually relieved himself. We left the cafe embarassed and in poor spirits. This lack of coherence in policy enforcement and the arbitrary denial of restroom access demands immediate rectification to uphold basic standards of customer service and adherence to stated operational hours. In a nutshell, if a clean and operational restroom is available to use for customers 1.5hrs before closing or even 15min before closing- let them. A very simple solution to a potentially very big problem. If the Paris Baguette management or any representative would like to discuss this further- please do not hesitate to reach out directly. The purpose of this review is with the full intention to change this nonsense policy and prioritize the basic needs and experience of their patrons.

The one star is for the lack of hygiene. I came in earlier with my mom and we picked a few pastry items. When we went to pay, I noticed the woman at the register was wearing a glove (I thought for hygienic reasons) we paid in cash which she touched and then proceeded to touch every piece of bread and parchment paper she placed in the box with her disgusting glove. If you're going to touch money, use tongs to place the bread in the box or change your gloves! I didn't want to complain in person as there were a lot of customers there but they need to be careful when handling food! I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

This place is convenient and easy to visit. It's on a corner of a shopping center so you can get in and out easily. They have plenty of parking. No EV chargers. When I walked in, they had a circle shape setup, so you followed the flow in and out. They have trays, tongs, and paper to get your own pastries. I liked that! People can browse and grab what they want. At the register, you order coffee, drinks, and cakes. There's indoor seating and free WiFi. The place looked very clean! The staff was friendly and efficient. I would give this place a shot! These items are yummy and unique. They have a reward system you can join too. I will come back here and recommend you do too!
