I have been here couple of times. They have a wide variety of fresh pastries & snacks available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall great place for tasty cakes & fresh snacks

We ordered mango cake from this bakery for my daughter’s birthday. taste was good, but it’s completely filled with cream. After eating that cake we all was feeling like will throw up. We didn’t liked.

Horrible place to go .. customer service is so bad especially the lady at the front desk has ZERO customer service skills. She is very rude and unprofessional.
I do not recommend/prefer this place to go. .. such a bad experience. Bad bad bad place to go

If there was NO star option I would have chosen that.

Owner of this store especially lady at the front desk must learn customer service skills .. horrible experience and place to go at ….

The cake was fine but the customer service was really bad. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady at the front desk was very rude to us while we were asking questions and ordering the cake. The atmostphere over there was not so good as the music was horrible. Don't go to this bakery

The lady serving in the bakery tonight was very rude and not even willing to open the door of the bakery. This was the first and the last order from this store. Will never consider this store again to buy anything.

I like the cakes, and other items here. The person working here is very nice , soft spoken . She treats the customers very well. She just follows the rule like “who comes first gets first”. I went to this place many times. It’s worth to wait and get it. The person who works here is the one who handles everything like billing, taking on call orders, in person orders, managing front and back office , seeing loading and many more… She works all days. She always respect people who ever comes. So give respect and be patience..

I came in a few minutes ago. The door makes a loud sound. A woman was behind the register area working on a cake. A young girl was dancing and twirling around. I stood there for almost 6-7 minutes. I looked around briefly and then stood in the middle section, looking at the back of the woman's head. I finally decided to leave, but as leaving, I said, "you can at least acknowledge customers." The woman then started yelling and almost ran after me. She stood at the entrance door and continued yelling by saying I was looking at the cake book and I could have said something. I don't know what cake book she's talking about. I said she was doing something and I didn't want to interrupt her. The door definitely makes a loud sound, so she could have said that she would be with me in a few minutes or that she's just finishing up, or "hello." Instead, this owner/worker woman ran after me, stood at the door and shouted that I was rude. What? Rude for telling her to acknowledge people who walk through her door? Ok. Well, I drove a few feet down the parking lot to Paris Baguette and got a few cake slices...in and out in 3 minutes. Definitely never returning to this Passage to Nowhere.

Went to pick up a cake order at a decided time. Shop was closed. After calling owner, started giving excuses and even yelling at me for coming on time. Seriously unprofessional behavior.
