I guess I got what I deserved for ordering matcha from a coffee place, but don't. They're charging people $6+tax for a cup of hot green milk. Exactly the same flavor as when my mom got me a steamer when I was an elementary schooler.
Pete's used to make a cup of matcha fresh, but apparently it's ok to just add green food coloring to milk instead.
People would riot if you added a pre mix to milk instead of pulling a fresh shot of espresso, but I guess it's fine if it's matcha.

Rude baristas with attitude rolling eyes no smiles acting like they don't get paid and like customers are getting free drinks. Be thankful you are still employed. How, is beyond me.
I watched countless customers get their coffees and noticed a cup sitting for over 10 MINUTES on the counter. Finally one of the baristas noticed it after the crowd died down and called my name. It was mine sitting there that whole time. Unacceptable!!!!
This location has always provided me good service. They food items has been fresh and seem to have a wide selection mostly fully stocked depending on time you come in. Atmosphere can get packed from time to time. Outside seating is available but majority of time busy. This location is a great location as it is close to the hospital and courthouse. Very convenient if you need a quick bite or beverage if needing to go to either location its in walking distance from those facilities and a park.

Lost it charm it seems!
Terrible coffee!! Tasted like brown water!! I love in berkeley and go to Solano ave Pete's never had a problem!
Here I ordered a drip coffee and it was like watery so I asked for another cup. Waited 5-7 minutes assuming it was a fresh brew.... same watery shit! So disappointing!
This is one of my go to coffee shops whenever I am in Fremont California. Their ambience is relaxing, they always play good music. Their hot chocolate is good, but I haven't tried their snacks yet. You'll see people working on their laptops, students studying, or families with their children. And yes, they have indoor and outdoor seating. Cosy place, 5 stars!
I’ve visited many Peets locations across the SF Bay Area and I always come back to the Fremont Peet’s. I’m especially fortunate when barista-extraordinaire Isabel is working. When she’s there, I have to order the cappuccino with almond milk. The drink is unlike any other. You can tell she makes every beverage with love because she loves what she does, and is exceptional at it. Cheers to the Peets team at Fremont.

No doubt about the quality of the coffee. This review is based on store itself. Although the new renovation is nice, I found that the music was too loud and the beeps from the machines behind the counter to be intrusive. I did not enjoy spending actual time in there because of all that noise.
New remodel is nice.
I love Peet’s! They have great quality coffee and lots of vegan milk options ( including Ripple milk!). Vegan food options include the plant based breakfast sandwich, vegan guittard brownie, and morning glory muffin (all of which are tasty!). They used to have a coconut-based whipped cream but sadly they discontinued it! I also wish they would not up charge for nondairy milk!
Quick, convenient.
Peet's Havana Cappuccino is a standout drink, blending rich espresso with the smooth sweetness of condensed milk. The condensed milk adds a creamy texture and a delightful caramelized flavor, making it indulgently satisfying. Each sip is a perfect balance of bold and sweet, ideal for a comforting coffee treat.
Highly recommend for those who enjoy a touch of sweetness in their coffee!
