I was here for a quick bite. There was no line so I was able to order vanilla latte and almond croissant. The lady was kind enough to ask if the croissant needs to be warmed which I did ask for. Within no time I was given the almond croissant warmed in a paper bag and shortly the vanilla latte was ready as well. The staff is really friendly and polite. There were a lot of customers seated and enjoying their beverages and food. One can see seniors to teenagers at this place. A good vibe in the atmosphere. Check out as you can bring your laptop and work from here too.

I came to this Pete's coffee location for my daughter's reading lesson and the music was very loud. I saw other people around me had ear plugs to be able to concentrate. As I finished ordering I kindly asked the manager if she could lower the volume as it's very loud and many people are studying. I was met with anger and such hostile energy. The manager was unprofessional and beyond rude over such a general request. Worst experience in any establishment I've ever had.

I used to frequent this Peets often and they were focused and were really good at making my drinks. After changing management, the staff, is more personable but they are maybe a little relaxed on making the drinks. A few times I received a coffee with milk instead of oat milk. As a person whom is lactose intolerant I run the gambit of not feeling good after the coffee. I don't condone the staff conversations and having fun at work, just please pay attention to the order.

I will admit, I am a bit spoiled by an excellent espresso machine at home. When I go out and purchase a specialty drink, I am looking for it to be on par with what I make. Nowadays, a latte is approx 6$ which is very steep to be drinking crappy coffee imho. This location seems to always have a line. The variety of specialty latte flavors is very limited compared to competitor chains. The horchata latte I recently tried was bland and came with oat milk by default- I wish the barista would have checked bc I would have opted for regular. All in all, it's a decent option in the plaza if you don't want to wait for Philz but the quality of the drinks as well as the ambiance of the outdoor seating leaves more to be desired. I would like to see more cute non-franchize coffee shops in this area.

I recently did some christmas shopping at Peet's coffee. I don't go in there much for myself because I think the coffee tastes bitter. I purchased the wrong coffee for my boss and his wife. I took the original one back to exchange for the correct one. When I gave the snippy clerk the return she walked over to the trash and threw it out. Was not opened and I had it for about 3 hours. I was shocked. Why couldn't they have made a large pot of nice hot coffee and passed out a warm drink to the homeless. Unbelievable. Or maybe donate it to a shelter or church. They toss it in the trash!!!! Last trip there. Phil's coffee from now on or Starbucks. Shame on them.

I’ve never been to Peet’s, but I’m boycotting Starbucks so I have to find a new coffee place. The barista at the register was very rude and condescending. I get it customer service is hard but it’s not an excuse to make customers feel uncomfortable. I had asked for a bread and she told me that they were out, I then asked what else was available, to which she responded with “what’s in front of you is what we have” and rolled her eyes. (I had asked for a bread that was in case that seemed like it was available, which is why I asked.) The dining room portion of the cafe was very dirty as well, but that could be that they are understaffed. The whole experience was meh. Probably won’t go back.

I don’t usually come here, because of how pricey the items are, but they serve good food though. It’s one of the usual cafes I go to. Like Starbucks, they have a reward system where you can have a free size upgrade to the drink.
