Definitely some of the best pho I've ever had. My only regret was getting it to go but, the broth was even better the day after.

A good solid pho choice in Fremont. The fried spring rolls are amazing as well. Good service and quick. It used to be cash only but cards are now accepted.

This is our go to place for pho. The pho and rice plates are on point and the people who work here are all hard working and friendly. Highly recommend!

First time here with my friend for pho and it was good, my friend and I enjoyed the pho that we ordered! They offer a good amount of food in the menu and even seafood boil! Their service is pretty quick with seating and serving the food. Ambiance is family friendly and their parking lot offers plenty of spots.

For the area, pricing and taste is right on; for pho that is. You could make a case that their portion sizes are smaller but it's about the same as a regular anywhere else. There wasn't an option to go larger but you could add more noodles for a cost. I'm interested in returning to try their other dishes since average pho places are a few dollars more and typically cash only.

The place is comparatively cheaper but not the cleanest. Pho didn’t taste great (likelyhigh msg), didn’t have enough meat and the Combo platter was also just okay. Service was prompt.

Food is not bad but portions are small and they skimp on ingredients. Ordered a pho dac biet and it came with three small slices of rare beef, a single meat ball sliced into 4 pieces, a single slice of tendon, some small pieces of tripe….Like seriously? Compared to any other pho restaurant, it’s very bare. Not good value for money.

I can't tell you why we don't go around this area much (probably just got too comfortable with routine) but I'm glad we found this place. Well, we didn't actually find it on our own. Funny story... I was in the ER waiting to be discharged. We were going on 6 hours with nothing to eat, I was getting a little grouchy and we hear this family on the other side of the room ordering food from this place. So as soon as I signed discharge papers, we headed straight to this place coz I couldn't get it out of my head. We ordered spring rolls (absolutely loved their peanut sauce!), fried egg rolls, special rice combo (grilled pork chop, fried shrimp cake, chinese sausage, eggs) and Pad Thai (I know, right?). Who orders Pad Thai in a Pho place? I don't regret it one bit. It came with large prawns and tofu, plenty of crushed peanuts and enough crushed peppers if you want to add some heat to it. It's actually even better than other Thai places we've tried. They offer a variety of dishes so it's not your typical Vietnamese Pho restaurant. They have this sheet on the wall next to the tables (an extra menu) offering a selection of cajun seafood. The only disappointment during our visit was the fact they didn't have smoothies. Not sure if it was just that day, but the lady just said they don't have them and that she herself had to go to McD's to get her smoothie fix. But it was clearly on their menu.I guess we'll have to come back to try their Pho that everyone's raving about. And yes, everyone was very nice and attentive.

The #01 combination pho is so good by itself! Perfect for cool weather, paired with their vietnamese iced coffee. Strong and sweet!

It's hard to find a good Vietnamese place, but the reviews on yelp looked good so we decided to try it! It is very spacious on the inside and has lots of seating. The servers were very nice and the food came relatively fast. We both got the Grilled Pork and Egg Roll Over Vermicelli. It was a lot more food than I expected. I thought the egg rolls would be small, but they were big and fried nicely. I do wish there was a little more pork, I only had about 3.5 thin slices. There were a lot of noodles and vegetables though and the sauce served with it was also really good. This will probably become my go to Vietnamese food spot! Next time I come back I'll try another vermicelli bowl or pho.

I would consider Pho Lan to be my local go-to Viet spot and I'm not mad about it.Previous times I've come here, my partner and I were craving pho (as always) but this time around we wanted to try different items on the menu. We decided to try 16 (Hủ Tiếu Bò Kho) and 32 (Bún bò Huế) -- both incredible decisions. We were searching for flavorful, umami dishes and wow did we find them in both of these dishes. The Hủ Tiếu Bò Kho had a rich broth complimented by fresh, firm egg noodles and extremely tender beef. The Bún bò Huế had an extremely flavorful shrimp-flavored broth and combination of spices (and spicy which I loved).I am 100% coming back to Pho Lan and will keep coming back until I try everything on their menu.I saw one review mention how the decorations in this Vietnamese restaurant still have the original Thai decor from the previous restaurant and was given a 3/5 star review and my response to that is, in my opinion, for a first generation family-owned restaurant, there are more components to complain about to further bring a rating down.As for the service we received, it was nothing short of any other expectations for any other sit-down restaurant. Our server thanked us profusely for patronizing their establishment. As always, take care and stay safe, y'all!

It's rare that I score on the first try at a pho restaurant. Placed an order to go. Within 15 minutes our food was packed and ready. As promised. I was surprised at how large the spring rolls were. Portions were good. A lot of the places skimp on the meat but not this place. Plenty of toppings as well. I did not have to add anything. The broth was perfect for my taste. Just added some extra heat with sirarcha. The price is average. I would gladly take it. Excellent food..Very pleased with our meal. Pho Lan!
