Get past the hole in the wall feel. This place is like you stepped into Vietnam completing the service and staff. The spicy noodle soup was fantastic.!

When we were leaving, they claimed we were bad customers for separating our orders. We were three people ordering three orders just individually and they were extremely unsupporting and it felt targeted. The spring rolls took 45 minutes and overall their customer service was not good at all.

Environment is ok and it is near the highway 880. The only complain is that the pricing for a bowl of noodles is excessively high..

This is the closest pho restaurant to where we live, and we were hoping it would be a decent spot. Sadly, we were mistaken.Upon entering, the place looks spacious and clean. We were told to choose a table, so we took a table meant for 2 near the doorway. A worker suggested that we move to another table closer to the inside of the restaurant away from the door since we had our toddler with us and it was a chilly evening. We appreciated their thoughtfulness here, but that's about where the good ends.Chicken pho. We opted for a chicken pho so that I could share with my little. Upon receiving the bowl, I immediately knew that she wouldn't be having any. The broth had a peculiar smell to it, and the chicken pieces looked sad -- sparse, overcooked, and dry. Which is really strange when you think about it because they're literally soaking in broth. How could you have dry chicken? I didn't feel comfortable giving any to my child. It was clear that the chicken wasn't fresh.Shaking beef over rice. They advertise this as filet mignon, but the meat was severely overcooked and disappointing. The texture was tough and -- again -- we weren't able to have our toddler eat it even after chopping it into super small pieces because it was just not easy for her to chew on. She got through the meal on just the rice that it came with. (Thank goodness for rice.)Beyond the subpar food experience, the prices are also steep. For two dishes, we were out nearly $40 after tax and tip. For prices like these (and for prices lower than these), we can get far better pho and Vietnamese food elsewhere. We tried, but I don't think we'll be coming back.

Terrible customer service. My food smelled like mop water. Charged for a takeout box for spring rolls to go after eating and didn't tell us it was ready while we were waiting for 30 minutes. After eating I had a nasty bitter taste in my mouth. I'm afraid the meat was bad and barely ate my food due to the poor quality. Waste of time money and left with a distasteful impression. Our server was not personable and when asked questions had a rough around the edges attitude.

The host was rude to start before seating me. Place was clean. But the rocket fried shrimp I ordered was still cold and raw on the inside of the breading.

Surprised with the restaurant's ratings, we decided to give this one a try. Well that represents the good note!

I have to say I am pretty disappointed with my last visit. There was an accident on the freeway and all the lanes were closed so I decided to come here and have dinner while the freeway clears up. I have been here before in the past and my experience was pretty mediocre. This time it was less pleasant than the last. Before I enter the establishment, their door was open, which tells me either they were being cheap about the air condition or their air condition was broken. Keep in mind, the temperature was close to 100°F. I was hoping to sit and enjoy the air condition restaurant but instead, I was eating hot food in a hot room. I ordered their roast chicken and it was pretty mediocre. With their restaurant door open to the hot weather it made my dining very uncomfortable. I generally don’t drink water provided by restaurant, but in this case I drank about three glasses, not because I was thirsty, but it was to cool myself off. Not surprising, the only employee that was working, was an old man sitting at the back table, watching videos on his phone. Though I do have to give him a little bit of credit for the customer service. I did have to fly them down to get a refill of water instead of him checking up on my table. For the price of the items on the menu, it was higher than I would pay at other Vietnamese restaurants. I would definitely have to think twice if this happens again about eating at this location.Price: $$Quality: BService: B
