Ping’s Bistro offers excellent Yunnan cuisine with authentic and bold flavors. I ordered a chicken appetizer and a spicy beef main course — both were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The spice level was just right, enhancing the rich taste of the dishes. Overall, a great experience for anyone who enjoys regional Chinese cuisine. Would definitely come again!

So fresh, tastes just like a home made meal!
The beef with pickled cabbage, mushroom fish soup and ham fried rice were all delicious, not too heavy and we're very fragrant. Nice level of spice

This is spicy and delicious Yunnan cuisine. The taste is very good and the service is also very good. However, there are too many crushed peppers and spices in the dish, which makes it very inconvenient to spit out the residue while eating. I will order something else next time.

Let’s eat the Yunnan cuisine that has been on the list for a long time with Justin and Jeco! like!

A good store that exceeds expectations 😌 It has good decoration (very important!) and authentic dishes. When you walk into the store, they are all Chinese, and you can know whether the taste is authentic 😌 I stayed in Fremont for a month in early 2025, and finally went out after catching a cold for two weeks. It was really heart-warming to have a good meal with Jeco who came from afar 🔥 The mushrooms are delicious 😋

We ordered fried rice from this restaurant, and what happened next was truly shocking. I found a large piece of glass in my food and unknowingly bit into it. The glass shattered into three pieces, two of which are shown in the picture, while the smallest one isn’t. I felt an immediate sharp pain. And I still felt the impact for hours afterward.
Can you imagine if this had happened to a child? The consequences could have been even more severe.
I have already scheduled a dentist appointment to assess any potential trauma to my teeth. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, and I hope action is taken to prevent it from happening to anyone else.
Be careful!!
We came here for the lunar new year celebration. One of my colleagues is from Yunnan and testified that the Yunnan food here is authentic.
We ordered mint beef, which is refreshing.
The clay pot rice is the best of the day. Rice cake is not bad. A little too salty and spicy. Grilled fish has a really large portion.
$150 for 5 people. $30/pp. recommend for group of people.
