Ping’s Bistro offers excellent Yunnan cuisine with authentic and bold flavors. I ordered a chicken appetizer and a spicy beef main course — both were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The spice level was just right, enhancing the rich taste of the dishes. Overall, a great experience for anyone who enjoys regional Chinese cuisine. Would definitely come again!

So fresh, tastes just like a home made meal!
The beef with pickled cabbage, mushroom fish soup and ham fried rice were all delicious, not too heavy and we're very fragrant. Nice level of spice

This is spicy and delicious Yunnan cuisine. The taste is very good and the service is also very good. However, there are too many crushed peppers and spices in the dish, which makes it very inconvenient to spit out the residue while eating. I will order something else next time.
