Food is mid. No customer service. They are always in a rush to get you out of there. When you leave and say thank you, they just look at you with a blank stare. ?

Here's what I ordered. See picture. I ordered to go through the app. (It is quite detailed for example, if you forget a required item, it will not allow you to complete your order, so be thorough.)My Order consisted of a: Medium Build Your Own (3 Scoop Bowl) /// Ill finish this later. ///

I came to this poke restaurant since it's very popular in Warm Springs. I ordered a poke bowl with ahi tuna and organic tofu, and they taste alright. The brown rice tastes a little off though. Everything else I added is good.Overall, this is still a good place to get poke. I'll come back soon to try other items.

Solid poke spot in South Bay. They have a variety of options for toppings, and gave generous portions. We picked up two small bowls to go, and the amount of food was quite hefty! The store is clean and well-run, can't really go wrong here.

I had a DoorDash discount and wanted to get something light and cool on a hot day. Was a little surprised that even the small build your own bowl was almost $20, but found the portions to be pretty generous - possibly enough for 2 people depending on your appetite. The 2 scoops of protein and crab salad were large, so it wasn't just packed to the brim with rice, and the salmon and tuna I had seemed to be fresh. For those that don't want something completely raw, it seems like they have a charred salmon on the menu, which I think is probably the salmon poke blowtorched to cook the exterior. Overall, I really enjoyed the variety of toppings and sauces at Poke House and would come back again.

It's another serendipity that we stumbled into this restaurant. Actually this place is more like a fast food joint. Since we didn't have any ideas of what's good and what's to avoid, I just picked the one that has the biggest poster at the entrance, i.e, Charred Salmon. We also ordered a regular salmon poke. We felt funny when we saw a couple sharing one poke bowl in the restaurant. By the time we got our orders, we just realized we should have done the same. The quantities were humongous(mainly the rice and sauces). I really like the Charred Salmon Bowl that came with a complex taste of sweet/spicy in one bite, then crunchy textures of some ingredients. The House Salmon Bowl was yummy too, especially the sauce mixed with the seaweeds. The clerk was very thoughtful when I tried to order a bottle of water. He suggested to get the drinking water from the next door boba tea place because their water dispenser was broken. Overall, the pokes were well prepared for freshness and tastes. I would order to make my own bowl next time by balancing more veg greens with the poke and rice.
