Disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I was looking for my order among the others, but the person in charge was rude and seemed to think I was doing something wrong. Instead of helping me, he was staring at me suspiciously. He also told me not to do this next time in a very rude tone. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable. To top it off, he doesn’t even know how to handle a customer. The service was poor, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The nearest Popeyes to us and Trader Joe’s. If we park near this place, the smell always gets me and I’ll decide fried chicken is a good choice for dinner. It rarely is because of the heartburn afterwards but it definitely fills that craving. The Cajun fries and biscuits are the best when hot, but inedible when cold; the biscuit you can throw in the oven to revive, but the fries less so. The tenders are usually disappointing, especially near closing time but the thigh / drums are very decent. There’s almost always a promo on the app, which is nice.

And they took 20 minutes to give the order

the chicken was nice

The food quality and service for this store is going down. I ordered 14pc chicken tenders and come out that very small pieces even count as one. And this is the first time I heard extra source you need to pay in US. And they did not even put any source in my bag when I put 5 source orders online. I am very disappointed as returned customer who came to this store very often.

Customer service here is horrible and the employees are very rude.

Taste/price wise it's not the same. At one point I used to eat pretty much every day (3/4 spicy chicken breasts) but now I don't.

Rarely give out any negative reviews. But this place needs to be reminded about their food quality. Chicken is dry, overcooked. Was not like this few years ago. Think the ownership change affected its quality. Go to the Newark Popeye's. It's much better.

Took an hour to get my food. They said didn’t show up on the screen after ordering online. Then they started to laugh at me. Worst experience ever. Do not go here.
