A small deli with a vast menu of hand made, hand baked sandwiches, croissants, sodas, drinks, and more. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and nook for sitting inside or outside. Great employees make buying and eating there a pleasure.

Disappointed to see cross-contamination between a vegetarian and a chicken sandwich. I used to be a fan of this bagel house, but today’s incident completely changed my perspective. My friend and I ordered two sandwiches (one vegetarian and one chicken), and while cutting them, the staff used the same knife — something I wasn’t aware of at the time. I later noticed a piece of chicken stuck to my vegetarian sandwich, which my friend confirmed. I immediately threw it away and informed the staff.
What was frustrating is that they insisted the vegetarian sandwich was cut separately, even though my friend clearly saw both being cut together. I walked away feeling terribly disappointed — especially as a strict vegetarian.
If you’re a vegetarian like me, I’d suggest staying away. This café clearly doesn’t maintain proper separation between veg and non-veg items, and they’re not willing to acknowledge it when confronted.
